Basic middle class hotel. Nothing special. Good price and location has a shopping mall and fast food places nearby. Was only there for 1 night so it was good.

It's a bit of a schlep out of central town, but fine as a chain hotel

Easy to park and right next to the huge shopping mall with plenty of shops and restaurants. Old town not immediately accessible. We were on a short stay which meant we had dinner in the shopping centre. Excellent, good value restaurant only serves breakfast. Good range of hot and cold food. Very helpful efficient staff.They have an area away from the buffet which is dog friendly. Our dog was happy in the hotel. The beds were very comfortable and shower clean and easy to use.

Une nuit passée dans cette hôtel en famille pour la seconde fois. C’était parfait, chambre propre et service de qualité.

Very helpful staff with a lovely clean lobby. The attendant at the desk s as poke multiple languages. She was very helpful in telling us about the city and good places to visit and eat. The rooms were spacious and the shower good. It was quiet. I would only all that the hotel allow customers to darken the LED light on the thermostat because it was so bright at night that we woke up from the glow. There is a mini fridge if that is something you need! Great breakfast!

Hôtel de chaîne, propre et confortable, situé à 15mn du vieux centre de Vitoria-Gasteiz. Juste à côté d'un grand centre commercial avec hypermarché. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Au bord d'une grande avenue avec plusieurs lignes dont une ligne électrique qui emmène en 10 mn à la gare routière. Personnel très aimable et accueillant.

Mooi, luxueus hotel. Het oude centrum ligt op een kwartier lopen.

Siempre es un acierto ir al Sercotel Boulevard, limpio, cómodo y tranquilo.

Séjour d'une nuit. Excellent rapport qualité/prix. Impression que la plomberie commence à vieillir. Notre lavabo était fendu, sans conséquence véritable pour nous.

Hotel con un mal mantenimiento de servicio y habitaciones, falto de mobilario, los percheros a 2,60 metros de altura,en fin se merece un tres estrellas muy justo
