시설은 약간 노후 되었지만 스탭들의 친절함이 인상에 남고 조식이 언제나 맘에 듭니다. 그러나 시설이나 서비스에 비해 숙박비가 비교적 저렴해서 언제나 우선적 선택이 가능합니다.

공항에서 가깝고, 주변 몰이나 관광지 이동하기에 교통편이 편합니다. 직원들이 친절하고 아침 식사는 상당히 좋습니다.

조식이 굉장히 만족스러움.

호텔이 전체적으로 고급스러운 분위기이나 오래된 느낌이 있습니다. 출장차 와서 호텔 안에서 식사를 해결하려고 했는데 1층에 있는 중국 식당은 공사중이었고, 2층에는 레바논 식당밖에 없어서 식사를 할 수 없었습니다. 방은 넓고 침구는 좋았습니다.

We only stayed one night and the staff was very friendly, english speaking and helpful with transportation. But it is a dated hotel that is over represented in the photos. The room furnishings were very old and the a/c-heater did not work. The dials on it were missing and the none of the controls did anything. The toilet dripped water making the dripping sound all night. The safe did not function.

This is by far the single worst place I have ever stayed at. For starters there was a sewer smell coming from the bathroom vanity, and this was at both rooms, we complained and nothing happened. the hotel was extremely dirty and very old, the carpet is stained all around. I also put some clothes for laundry service, it took 3 days ( which was my entire stay at the hotel) and when I asked for the laundry I was told it was the weekend and they don't do laundry till Monday (which was the day I checked out) One staff memner helped me and assured me that my laundry would be returned to the hotel by 7 am either washed or not. I only got 2 garments out of nearly 15 or 16 garments, so I had to check out and leave without them. I strongly advice that Expedia should not associate with this hotel anymore as it only diminish Expedia's reputation, and this is just my humble opinion

The staff are really friendly and there are lots of areas to sit, work, eat and drink.

Good for business purpose

Corridors on 5th floor were in desperate condition, a/c looks directly from the 80’s. Bed and pillow clean and comfortable. Decent bathroom. Good breakfast. Nice libanese restaurant.
