Personale, femminile, gentilissimo sia al check-in, durante il soggiorno e al checkout. Decisamente una esperienza molto positiva.

Very nice traditional hotel with hard working, attentive staff. Wide choice at breakfast but always seemed a bit rushed. Lovely garden in which to enjoy a drink in the early summer sun. The only real negative was the bed’s mattress which was too soft and really needs to be replaced. Hotel is very well positioned close to bars, restaurants and the main shopping street.

Personale cordiale, cortese e pronto a rispondere. Molto gentili, posizione centrale e possiblità di parcheggio privato su prenotazione.

What a wonderful hotel. We really enjoyed our stay, the second time in a month. It’s in a very convenient location, close to the train station and local shops and restaurants. We enjoyed the spacious one bedroom suite with fridge and microwave. The bedding is comfortable and we were provided with lots of towels. The breakfast is generous with a variety of choices including scrambled eggs. The coffee is excellent. We enjoyed the pretty garden at the front of the garden, it’s a perfect spot to enjoy a cocktail. Thank you for remembering us when we returned for a second stay, we feel so welcomed at the Hotel Alexander.

Bella struttura, camera spaziosa, vicino centro città e teatro Ariston. Servizio impeccabile, grande gentilezza e cortesia del personale.

Le matelas doit être changé Il est mou et pas du tout confortable

Außerordentlich freundliches Personal, große Sauberkeit, schöner Garten.

La qualité de l'hébergement n'est absolument pas à la hauteur du tarif acquitté.Chambre et SDB affreuses en RDC pas lumineuse donnant sur un parking. Très bruyante car aucune insonorisation, bruit dans les couloirs et sur le parking devant la fenêtre. Très forte odeur d'égout dans la SDB. Le tarif de 370€ pour 2 nuits n'est absolument pas justifié. Heureusement l'amabilité du personnel remonte un peu l'impression générale.

Colazione a buffet migliorabile.

Très bel hôtel. Personnel vraiment au top. Beau petit parc devant l’hôtel pour se détendre avec petit espace de jeu pour enfant Nous avons passé 2 nuits en famille pour visiter Sanremo. Je recommande

Excellent hotel en plein centre à 5mn de la gare. Le personnel est très gentil et disponible. La literie est confortable et la chambre très propre. Prendre le petit déjeuner au jardin était vraiment agréable. J'espère revenir l'année prochaine.

Best place close to city center and beaches.

Sehr gepflegt, fast familiär, sehr gut vom Bahnhof und vom Strand erreichbar. Wunderbarer Garten mit Frühstück dort. Habe nach einem Aufenthalt im Juni sofort wieder für September gebucht. War schön! Hervorragendes Personal, sichere Umgebung.

Zentrale Stadtlage. Privatparkplatz gegen Gebühr vorhanden. Sehr freundliches, junges Personal. Begrüßungsgetränk :)

Vi trivdes väldigt bra på vid vår vistelse. Det var jättefina rum. Otroligt trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Vi skulle gärna stannat längre.

Trevligt boende centralt i Sanremo. Vi promenerade både till stranden, restauranggata på kvällen och Nobels museum. Mysig frukost ute & väldigt bra service bland personalen. Vi fick en välkomstdrink och för 15E kan man få inhängnad parkering bakom hotellet. Kan tro att parkering annars är klurigt.

Tolles Hotel im Villenstil mit sehr großer Freundlichkeit, grundsauber. Ganz sicher eine gute Empfehlung
