The food was excellent!

Shops and restaurants conveniently located right outside the hotel.

Staff amazing… room was exactly as described.. it was also off in a corner so no noise or anything. The whirlpool tub wasn’t cleaned good so I did have to clean prior to use but I was going to do that regardless

The area was excellent located near restaurants and a lake. The staff made me feel very welcomed at the hotel. My room was spacious enough for my wheelchair and comfortable. The food inside of the hotel was great and the head chef was an excellent host making sure I enjoyed my family enjoyed our food and that we got good service.

Hotel needs to fix the ice machines. Has been broken for a long time.

Great service. Helpful and friendly. Beautiful area around the property. Tucked away in Jacksonville. Highly recommend.

My sister and I loved it there. They had a little lake with ducks and turtles. It was very calming and relaxing. I will most definitely stay there again.

Enjoyed my stay

I liked the location. Problems with flushing of toilet, wi fi was sometiming and front door needs to be haven down. Stuffy room.

This was my first time staying. What a nice hotel!! Clean and comfortable too. Feels like a boutique hotel. Staff was very friendly. Will stay here again.

Hotel was more upscale than expected in a pleasant way. The restaurant and Bar looked nice though didn’t eat there this time but would stay again for sure.

Great place to stay in Jacksonville. Nice, serene area.

The staff was fantastic—very understanding and relatable. I travel with a 'reactive' dog, and it's often a challenge at hotels. However, the Indigo is definitely worth the money. The area is beautiful, and dining and shopping options are within short walking distance.

The staff was super kind and helpful. Room and overall cleanliness of the hotel was excellent.
