조식도 훌륭 했고 마드리드에서 그렇게 멀지 않았구요 호텔 바로 앞이 유명한 아울렛이라 저녁에 구경 가기 좋았어요 렌트카로 여행 하신다면 주차장이 넓어서 참 좋았어요

방에 냉장고가 없는점이 그나마 단점이네요 다른점은 다 만족합니다 주차무료 아침조식도 예약상으로는 어른 2명인데 아이2명까지 포함이라 만족합니다

마드리드.외곽으로 중심에서 나와있으나 멀지 앜ㅎ은 거리여서 가격대비 만족

This hotel was lovely and puts American ones to shame . We were however very upset about the choice of this location for our travel needs. The Expedia agent I worked with when our plans changed about staying in downtown Madrid to staying one night near the airport before our flight to Amsterdam. Not knowing the city, I relied on the agent's skill to make an appropriate choice. This hotel was in the exact opposite of the area we needed and consequently it cost us an extra 50 Euros to get to the airport and through horrendous traffic early in the morning!. I am sure I will be a long time before trusting an agent with Expedia.

Room was clean check in was easy, the room did smell a bit damp but didn’t take away from it, location was great with lots of amenities close by

The place is decent for the price. No a/c in our room, had to open the window while it was raining to get some ventilation and to cool down the room.

Walls were paper thin, more than once when the people in the next room. Entered or exited their room we thought someone was actually entering ours, it sounded the same. The bed was really firm, normally my preference but this felt like sleeping on a floor. The location is only good if you are going to the outlets next door, otherwise its a fair distance from anything else, and not the "close to downtown " hotels.com saod it was when I booked. Good staff and free breakfast were the main redeeming qualities.

Staff was attentive and friendly

Evening check-in person never greeted us or smiled. Everyone else was very nice.
