Excellent hotel

Stayed for one night only to attend an event at Wembley. Staff were super helpful and the hotel was ideally located. Reduced parking with CitiPark is also really convenient

Fremragende morgenmad på stedet. Værelserne var ikke super store og de var generelt meget lydte fra gang og andre værelser. Værelserne var også meget kølige, da ventilationen var forhåndstillet til 19 grader. Hver gang man prøvede at ændre temperatur eller slukke, startede den selv op igen.

Bonjour, Nous avons séjourné dans une chambre adaptée aux personnes à mobilité réduite. Cela ne posait pas de problème en soi, mais les installations étant très basses, il fallait constamment se pencher, ce qui s’est avéré peu pratique. Par ailleurs, le distributeur de gel douche est resté vide pendant deux jours malgré plusieurs demandes. Nous ne l’avons obtenu que le jour de notre départ. Heureusement que nous avions apporté nos propres produits. Pour un établissement 4 étoiles, l’absence de produits d’accueil est regrettable. Le petit-déjeuner était correct, mais le service manquait de convivialité, voire était parfois limite désagréable. À titre d’exemple, je me suis levée pour prendre un verre d’eau et, à mon retour, mon café à moitié plein avait été débarrassé. De plus, l’hygiène de la vaisselle laisse clairement à désirer. Enfin, lors de notre dernier jour, nous avons laissé nos bagages à la réception (bagagerie). À notre retour, ils étaient introuvables. Nous avons dû chercher dans deux salles différentes avant qu’ils ne réapparaissent. Une situation inutilement stressante qui aurait pu être évitée avec un minimum d’organisation. Points positifs : la literie, ainsi que la proximité avec les studios Harry Potter.

Our stay was excellent. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, particularly after our upgrade to the executive suite. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive. Furthermore, the breakfast selection was impressive, offering a wide variety of fresh options.
