Property was great! Just a tip make sure you tell the front desk you’d like your room cleaned everyday or else they do it every other day! But other than that it was great it was clean and spacious

I had an amazing stay and more than likely will stay here again. Thge hotel is a 5 minute from the water and 25 minute from the beach walking distance. It was a great walk and we enjoyed every moment. The room was clean, the breakfast was simple and straight foward. The service was AMAZING. Parking is about 30$ however it is great that they have a huge garage 3 floors. Considering it is downtown I think having parking at your convience is a huge plus. Some hotels in the area only offer street /meter parking. Everyone was so respectful and kind. That made the stay 10/10. Now here are some cons, there is NO pool. I repeat NO pool. That is a huge dealbreaker especially if you are traveling with little ones, and are on vacation mode. They made that change to make the gym bigger. I dont think that was needed during there renovations. I hope they make a pool area, it would make this hotel a game changer. Now a huge con for our stay was the elevator not working, that isnt in there control. But they could have put up signs as a basic notice for there guests, and where the stairs where. The elevators during the morning you would have to wait at least 10 minutes just to get in one, then another 10 minutes stuffed in an elevator going down. Something to consider and hopefully they put up signs for other guests to have the option of taking the stairs.

The property itself was great, but unfortunately, one of the elevators was down, leaving only one operational and it was brutal when it came time to either go up floors or down

only one elevator worked and it was super slow. you had to walk outside to take stairs up many floors to room thru the parking garage and on a busy holiday weekend felt very unsafe

Loved our stay. It was very spacious for our family of 4. Very clean and enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Overall 10/10!

The room was nice and roomy, with a nice sitting area. Maid service was only every other day, which I was not told at check in, so I had to go to the front desk to get clean towels and coffee service. Be advised, there is no pool or hot tub at this hotel. There is a nice, small bar in the lobby. They had a small Starbucks counter behind the front desk, but there was never anyone working it. The hotel only has 2 elevators and one was inoperable the whole time we were there. There was always a long wait to use the one elevator that did work and it was super slow.

The check-in experience was quite disappointing. The front desk person appeared preoccupied and didn’t provide any information, such as the deposit, parking, breakfast options, or even bothered to guide me to the elevator. It seemed as if she assumed guests were familiar with these details. Additionally, the hotel only had one elevator serving the entire building, which significantly extended the wait, especially during peak hours. Despite these issues, the overall stay was satisfactory, including the breakfast.

Nice, clean and elegant. Only negative point: the elevator, only one working and super slow, once you pass that, the hotel is great!

Overall, this hotel was fine with good amenities. But they need to fix the damn elevator! One elevator working for four floors of guests was not enough. At certain times, there were lines of guests waiting to use the elevator, especially if they had lots of luggage. I tried to use the stairs once and ended up outside on the sidewalk.

Bathroom Light continued to blink on and off. Both elevators were down, forcing us to utilize the stirs all the way up to the 5th floor. The emergency signage was not 508 Compliant. The front door to the hotel room was stuck on itself, and literally had to be pushed in... This was an experience...
