Wonderful stay! 💕

The hotel had a welcoming staff at the reception and easy check-in. The room looked clean however i found hair on multiple towels and the countertop. It was a very loud hotel with poo isolation between the rooms and all the construction equipment at the back of the hotel.

Very clean and new. No bad smells, no issues in the room. Parking is limited and the front desk had no change for the laundry which was annoying. Those were my only complaints.

I was only there for one night. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, staff was pleasant. I'd stay there again.

This property shows pictures of a swimming pool but it doesn't have one. I even called ahead to verify itand the person on the phone said yes we have an indoor pool. We came as a group of 9 it would have been nice. I feel like I spent too much money for the accommodations.

Only here for one night. Bar only open til 9pm. Would have liked the option but was a decent hotel for the night.

Easy access, not far from the casino,rooms we're clean and quiet.

Absolutely lovely! Very clean, excellent breakfast, comfortable beds and bedding. Very friendly and welcoming staff, especially Brandon, who kindly obliged our request for extra pillows. Will opt for Holiday Inn again in the future.

We could not stay at your property, because of the ice and snow coming in.2/18/2025. We would have never gotten home if we had stayed in Hilliard, Ohio I can not review your Hotel.

We love this hotel , been here a few times . The breakfast is always a plus . We did come down to the bar and the bartender was so nice and funny . The front desk person was very friendly and he checked us in last time we stayed . Very well mannered and polite . Great hotel

I had to cancel early the morning of because our cars motor blew on the way. I called the hotel and Expedia right away to cancel. I was told I would not be charged but now I am being told they are charging. I had to pay for a tow rent a car and eat playoff tickets so I was hoping to atleast get this back. I always use Expedia but after this I will never use again.. very sad

Great place

Clean, safe environment and breakfast was great! Convenient, right off the highway with dining options all around.

Parking can fill up fast, especially since we are told to park up front due to car break-ins if you park around back. Can be a tad loud around 4 AM if you get a room in the back since its right next to a heavy equipment facility. But overall it was a nice stay, tons of things to do around the city.

Everyone was great.
