I had a comfortable night. It was a good, clean and spacious room. And the staff was very friendly and helpful:) highly recommended!! 👍👍👍 완전 편안한 휴식을 보냈어요. 방도 넓고 깨끗하고 욕실도 좋았어요. 무엇보다 무지 프로페셔널해보이는 잘생긴♡♡ 리셉션 직원분이 다정하게 설명해줘서 더 좋았어요. ㅎㅎㅎㅎ Good♡

Lovely little hotel at a great price. Location perfect for what I was doing. Short walk to the underground, shops, botanical gardens and a few nice pubs. Would definitely stay there again

Great location with free parking, friendly staff, favourite place to stay when in Glasgow.

Ambassador Hotel adjacent to Embassy Suites. Large rooms, nicely situated next to Botanical Gardens and easy walk to University. Free but interesting parking!

Whilst parking is available, the spaces are tight and made difficult if other cars are parked poorly. The lane leading to the parking will test your suspension, so go easy! The room itself was spotless with good heating and ventilation. It could do with a bit of modernisation and the floor are uneven. Its an old building so to be expected. Staff were friendly and attentive. I didnt have the breakfast but it smelt good as it wafted into my room!

This was a well located hotel (do check out the botanical gardens) in a pretty quiet neighbourhood. Comfortable and clean.

Very clean and super comfortable beds. Had a wonderful nights sleep.

Friendliness from the staff throughout our stay from arrival to breakfast to checking-out. Room was huge for 3 persons, bathroom and sleeping area were spotless, beddings were comfy and fresh. Room was keeping us throughout our stay too! Highly recommended!

No amenities available ( ie. Shower shampoo and conditioner) No do not disturb for door. Room service trying to come in Each morning while we were there and seemed a bit upset we weren’t ready yet. No ramp for heavy luggage into building.

Room was extremely small but clean. Hotel is old and it shows. Parking was almost impossible in a cramped back lot. Could not get breakfast - had to be ordered in advance.

Quickly and very helpfully resolved a check in issue. Very hospitable. Fab location . Had a lovely stay and hope to be back next time I'm in Glasgow

Excelente location with friendly staff. The lack of an elevator was an issue. If you can't climb stairs, request a ground floor room. There's a nice river trail steps from the hotel. The Botanic Garden and many good restaurants are a short walk away.

Good traditional small Hotel. Staff were really fun and enthusiastic. Comfy room with good bathroom. Nice for central Glasgow

Nice location. Helpful staff. Parking was a little tight getting in and out but free. Clean. Close to botanical garden and west end restaurants.
