The spa facilities were a treat, and the evening meals were excellent. The breakfast options were quite extensive, but the service could have been better.

Beautiful grounds and location !!! The hotel inside needs updating screams for a makeover , it’s smelly : like damp / mould the carpets are old and dirty but the decor is nice and has the potential to be massively improved , the outside is not reflected inside like they are 2 different properties . Staff all nice and friendly , pool could do with some loungers as there are only 4 to be shared by all families how ? Also the amount of chemicals used in the pool area made our eyes sting and was unpleasant , the pool temperature was perfect . The family room was basic again needs decorating and new carpets , if you have a pool automatically robes should be available in rooms . Breakfast was nice very tasty cooked bfast my husband enjoyed the black pudding said it was the best ! The only thing could be improved is that staff should replenish the bread , pastries etc as quick run out and staff didn’t check

The views were very beautiful as was the decor throughout and the room (deluxe king room) was huge. The lamb in the restaurant was the best meal of my life. 10/10

This hotel has the most beautiful surroundings- with wonderful scenic views. But it is soooooo dated. Rooms are big and spacious - but soo old and with carpets not really covering in the corners - windows full of old dirt and beds not worth spending the night in. Oh and the smell of old …If this place was renovated it would be an absolute gem. Food not that good - breakfast just the basics and not very well presented. The spa/pool has everything you need but again - could you fix the broken tiles the roof and make it just a bit more 2026 than 1986. The garden - the lake - the mountains. The location stunning!

Great breakfast and location. Room a little tired but great size. Food and drink onsite pretty expensive. All the staff were lovely.

Staff went above and beyond for my mother who was poorly- they drove for her prescription for an hour there and an hour back and checked in on her all the time. I have never known staff to be so considerate and friendly. They alone are worth coming back to this hotel for. Thank you.

Scammed !! Environnement sublime près d´un lac calme mais préparez-vous à manger la pire nourriture de votre vie (je n´exagere pas). Nous avons mangé au restaurant bistro de l´hôtel . Avec mon mari nous avons pris chacun un supposé burger de wagyu , pain brioché avec supplément de fromages 23,95 pounds (quand même pas donné) . Le pain était de qualité lidl , pas du tout brioché même pas chaud. Salade tomates de même, choux sans goût, fromage en plastique et pour terminer le steak de "wagyu" brûlé et certainement pas du wagyu plutôt du rat. Même mon pneu de voiture est plus tendre. Les frites surgelés et le ketchup même celles de mc do sont meilleurs. C´est de l´arnaque n´y allez pas surtour pas !!!

Evening meal and Breakfast a real disappointment. Burnt food for evening meal and breakfast was not good, really poor quality.

Great staff room was spotless and the food was amazing,would definitely recommend..one night wasn't enough though.

Fabulous hotel. Lovely grounds. Plenty of parking great location with fab views of the loch. Staff and service are second to none. Very comfortable and cosy hotel. Wonderful pool and spa. Plenty to do.

Staff were amazing - our children had an amazing experience. Really appreciated how the hotel staff delivered santa stockings and hand written cards to our room for the Christmas day. The hotel was super dog friendly. It was lovely seeing so many people bringing their dogs and were permitted at the lounge. Highly recommend this warm welcoming hotel.
