This hotel was amazing. Check in and Check out staff as well as breakfast staff were so friendly and accommodating! Will definitely keep this hotel in mind for future needs!

The women at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming.

The agent at the front desk was so friendly and attentive, really set a positive tone from the start. Plus breakfast was great and had a lot of options!

Extremely friendly staff and cleaning crew. Properly seems to be an old establishment that used to be a smoking friendly property; Eventhough, the room was marked as non-smoking room, but the smoke smell is embedded in the room, walls and carpet. There is a strong smell of smoke when you open the door. It made us dizzy for our stay duration and 2 days after our checkout.

Location is neat

The hotel called me this morning and asked if I would be willing to give up my room with two full sized beds and take a room with a King. I told them I couldn't because our 15 year old daughter was traveling with us. They then told me the room had a pull out couch, so I agreed to do it in order to help the hotel with their over-booking issue. We got to the room and there was no bedding at all the the pull out. I went to the front desk in the lobby and they were able to find me sheets, but no pillow and no blanket of any kind. It's not the end of the world, but it kind of sucks since this is the first night of our vacation.

The staff in the evening when checking in was very helpful, the room was disappointing for the rate. The mattresses were thin and springs hard. The faucet in the bathroom leaked, which looked like a repair with new caulking had been attempted at some point but the room had a funky smell. During checkout, nobody was at the front desk and we waited about 5 minutes until someone rudely asked what we needed. Skip the breakfast.

Work chair and all the lamps were broken.

We had to move rooms because the beds were in rough shape in their eco friendly room and very uncomfortable. The front desk let us move after two requests and the new room was much better. We got two rooms and the other had no issues!

The room was for the handicapped and the shower head did not come off and it was stuck at a very low spot

Property is clean and staff was helpful…. Room was great although a picture on the wall was missing lol…. But it was worth it
