여기에 머무르는 것이 좋습니다. 분위기가 매우 좋습니다. 직원들은 친절하고, 서비스도 좋고, 객실이 넓고 깨끗합니다. 먼지와 거미줄이 좀 있어 보입니다.

อาหารเช้าเยอะมาก ห้องใหญ่ เตียงใหญ่ เหมาะแก่การพักผ่อน บุฟเฟต์พาสต้าตอน6โมงเย็น คือราคาดีงามมาก

We were there at 3 PM but the rooms were not ready. After got to the rooms, one of them were smell bad and floor was not clean. The air con did not work well. I was asking to change the room at the end we got everything set up by 4:30PM. I asked for late check out and the front office said that I can have late check out at 2PM in following day. I got phone call at my room at 11:50AM in following day asking if we want to check out now. Totally did satisfy.

Check in was very bad we had 8 rooms and all the rooms was not ready yet and we had to wait almost two hours for two rooms to get ready and another things is they upgrade us to a room close to the beach and did not even have a sea view. Staff was very unprofessional and not helpful at all the manager did not do anything to make it better they have a I don’t care attitude and the hotel is not up to the standard as shown on the internet we had electrical problems in two rooms to be honest I won’t recommend anyone to this hotel it was not what I expected.

ใช้เวลาเช็กอินนานมาก ถึงโรงแรมบ่าย 3 ได้เข้าห้องบ่าย 4 ห้องเล็กกว่าที่โฆษณา สระว่ายน้ำไม่สะอาด อาจจะเพราะคนเยอะมากๆๆๆๆ สระว่ายน้ำร้อนมากทั้งเช้าและบ่าย ไม่มีช่วงร่มเลย kid club เล็ก ไม่ค่อยมีของให้เล่น อาหารเช้า วุ่นวายมาก ของกินหายาก อยู่ห่างๆกัน

ข้อดี - อยู่ใกล้ย่านชุมชน ทางโรงแรมมีรถบักกี้คอยรับ-ส่งตลอด - สระว่ายน้ำมีหลายสระ สไลเดอร์สนุกดี เครื่องดื่มที่ pool bar อร่อยและราคาไม่แพงจนเกินไป - ห้องพักแบบ deluxe ocean wing มีเตียง queen bed ให้ 2 เตียง นอนสบาย - ติดหาด แต่หาดไม่สวย ขยะและเปลือกหอยเยอะมาก ไม่เหมาะกับการเล่นน้ำ แต่ถ้าไปดูพระอาทิตย์ตกสวยดี ข้อเสีย - พนักงานน้อยไปนิด ทำให้ดูแลแขกไม่ทั่วถึง (อาจเพราะทางโรงแรมมีพื้นที่กว้างและแบ่งเป็นสองฝั่ง) - ตอนไปเช็กอินได้ห้องที่มีน้ำแอร์รั่วเจิ่งพื้น พนักงานส่งช่างมาซ่อม แทนที่จะเปลี่ยนห้องให้เลย - อาหารเช้าธรรมดา

room is old, not Centara standard what we expected. so disappointed
