It was ditey not happy with room they didnt tell me that the room was closed and didnt get what i payed for

Lovely place to stay, comfortable beds, warm rooms, hot shower, fresh towels and great hosts, all round a lovely hotel to get some rest when needed, close to beach, lovely sea views.

I travelled solo for 2 nights. The owner was super friendly and made me feel welcome. The room was a perfect size for 1 person with a TV and en-suite shower. The breakfast was very nice and the location was great.

Room hasn’t been hoovered in ages , room smelt damp. Very very budget hotel so you get what you pay for

We had a wonderful stay over night food was lovely I slept like a baby the shower was great deffo recommend an will be back

Stayed 3 nights. Fast check in. The two men there were lovely. Greeted us each time. It was in a great location. We were able to walk to nearby restaurants. The hotel itself is old but comfy. Room was clean for the most part. Found an old beer can behind the table when looking for a plug. Enjoyed the breakfast. Overall it was a good stay.

Staff very friendly, room was ok, we had a colony of ladybirds living on the window frame that my other half insisted I remove. Bed was a little uncomfortable as the mattress dipped a lot, but all clean.

Stayed for 5 nights visiting family. All staff very friendly and helpful. Didn’t have breakfast as stayed by myself but it did smell nice! Room nice and clean. Hotel had good WiFi signal. Teas/coffees refreshed in room. Thank you, Lucy

The owner justin was so friendly and welcoming, he felt like a friend by the time i left , i even got a goodbye hug. I didnt have any problems , room was clean and comftable and i had a sea view room which made for a relaxing break for me.i have no problem recommending Gable End Hotel to anyone

Small room. Noisy floorboards and un the room above Tell didnt work

Friendly staff Great location Lovely rooms

Was welcomed by what can only be described as a drunk man. Rushed through few general bits, given a key showed to my room. My sea view was a wreck of a back yard. The ceiling was damp stained and cracking,, thick dust on everything, and sockets coming off the walls. Shame I can't add photos to show.
