2014년 7월 30일 부터 8월 2일까지 프리미엄 객실에서 3박을 보냈습니다. 각 룸마다 버틀러가 있어서 하루에 몇 번이라도 외출하고 들어오면 객실이 항상 깨끗하게 정리되어 있었고, 어떤 날은 작은 선물도 침대 위에 준비되어 있었습니다. 모든 직원은 친절했고, 조식도 맛있었습니다. 직원들은 우리의 행동반경을 예의주시하면서 혹시라도 불편한 것은 없는지 체크하는 모습이었습니다. 또한 호텔에 상주근무하는 툭툭 기사들의 운행에 매우 만족합니다. 다른 일반 툭툭 기사들과 달리 제복과 헬멧 그리고 안전운행이 무척 마음에 들었습니다. 위치는 공항에서 10~15분 정도의 거리로 무척 가까웠고, 시내 쪽으로도 약 15분 정도의 거리라 큰 불편함이 없었습니다. 이 호텔은 많은 사람들로 북적이지 않아서 편안하게 휴가다운 휴가를 보냈습니다. 아난타라 리조트의 모든 직원들에게 감사의 인사를 보냅니다.

Spacious rooms, nice boutique property, superb staff service. Breakfast very good with a selection of hot and cold food. Quiet location and easy to get to local sights or markets via resort’s tuktuk.

The service at this resort was possibly the best we've experienced. From the moment our driver picked us up we were greeted with snacks, drinks and excellent service. This extended to the spa treatment upon arrival and our beautiful room. The dining service and food was outstanding. We felt the staff got to know us and provided excellent service catered to our individual needs. Thank you!

Beautiful hotel with exceptional service. Staff are amazing. This was our second stay there - and I'll definitely be back.

Very good stay at Anantara, the hotel staff are very warm and took excellent care of us… special shout to Mouyee who went out of the way to arrange trips and made the trip memorable.

Everything at this hotel is at least twice more expensive than other five-star hotels in the city. The location is terrible. Offended by predatory pricing of this hotel. It charges $5 for each tuk-tuk ride. Download Grab app and anyone can easily see how much it should cost. In addition, the hotel interior looks dilapidated. The interior really needs a facelift. I used to enjoy Anatara resorts. But this one is really a disappointment. Staff are really nice. Management needs to figure out a better strategy to sustain its business.

Beautiful hotel with an amazing pool and very good restaurants. Unfortunately its location is a bit far away from old market, the staff was a bit too heavy asking every time what are our plans and trying to arrange some activities/transportation for us whereas we don’t ask for anything. Lastly, we found it way too expensive regarding the quality/price ratio you can find elsewhere in the city.

The service team are professional, respectful and helpful. They care about your experience at any time during your stay. They provide service detailedly. The service team is well trained and they really understand how important to make guests get good experience. Actually what they did has exceeded my expectations.It is the first time that I feel so hard to say goodbye. This is the first time I stay in Anantara and they has made me a loyal customer already. I travelled alone this time.I really look forward to coming back soon with my families in the near future . I miss my old friends in this hotel.

The facilities were great - but the staff were exceptional

Beware the management here is greedy and likes to rip off tourists. Everything from airport pickup to tours can be up to 5 times what you would pay somewhere else. The facilities do not match the prices. A better value could be found elsewhere. I did not feel relaxed and cared for here instead I felt like I was surrounded by vultures trying to make money off me.

Maravilhoso! Staff perfeito! Hotel fica um pouco mais distante que os outros do mesmo nível. Tudo ótimo , só os banheiros que estão um pouco antigos para um hotel tão lindo. Merecia um modernizada.

Excellent private tour and restaurant

We loved this hotel. The place is beautiful and the staff was always there to help. We had free Tuk Tuk service into town so we did not mind that the hotel was not walking distance to town. Breakfast was great and we would stay here again.

This hotel is a bit far away from town, however, they offered the free ride service which is incredible! The staff there are very friendly and the bed is extremely comfortable. Some part of hotel is under maintenance right now. This could be very noisy and I made complaint twice and the staff kindly offered me the massage. In general, I feel like some service needs to be improved - e.g. the housing staff will not refill the snack/drinks until you asked them to as well as no one will come to serve you during the breakfast time at the restaurant until you asked them to.

Personalised: we felt at home right away from the minute we were picked up from the airport by a chauffeur in a car equipped with wifi and refreshment. Received immediately by the manager and after a quick tour we were given a wonderful welcoming feet wash at their spa - so refreshing! Room refreshment was all free with refillable crackers and peanuts, with free glow soft drinks and drinking water . A surprise breakfast picnic basket was ready to accompany us to Angkor Wat Sunrise tour the next day. It was a lovely gesture indeed Impeccable- housekeeping was a 10; free tut-tut to market and pub street at any time. The reception and staff always so helpful and genuinely friendly at ALL TIMES. The Spa was totally amazing with a 1 plus one free offer which ended up to be very reasonable. Thank you Anantara Siem Reap for your amazing hospitality! **Dr Maison Rahman

Beautiful small resort that is quiet and classy. The staff is the best feature, proximity to the airport, sites and downtown are also worthy to mention. All the recommendations from staff were spot on, our private tour of Angkor Wat arranged by the hotel was expensive, but well worth it for this being our first visit. We mentioned at breakfast that this trip was sort of an anniversary present to both of us and that night we came back to find a cake and bottle of champagne waiting for us in the room. The only negative was the description in Expedia mentioned memory foam mattresses, and this was not available. They tried to correct by immediately installing a mattress topper. Just an example of the prompt attention by the staff. Another feature I liked was the cell phone they gave us with all contact details for the hotel installed to use for our stay. Will definitely come back.
