Great location, overall pleasant stay but room was a bit cold for me. I followed instruction to increase aircon but didn’t help much. Otherwise wonderful hotel.

Awesome location! You can easily go anywhere in mitte and just 3minutes from tram and u bahn stations. Staffs were very friendly and kind. Highly recommend this hotel. I would go back when i visit Berlin again!

우선 위치가 굉장히 좋았어요 주변에 맛집 쇼핑 다 있고! 교통도 편리! 치안도 매우 좋았어요!! 단점은 호텔이 좀 건조한 편(?) 그거 말고는 다 좋았습니다!! 아 샤워실이 투명 유리 부스라서 좀 당황;;

베를린 미테에 위치한 호텔, 지하철도 멀지 않고 주변에 이것저것 볼거리, 먹을거리도 많습니다. 전체적인 컨디션이 깔끔하고 스텝도 친절하며 젊은 느낌의 모던한 호텔입니다.

Our room which included kitchen facilities and a convertible sofa was very clean and comfortable. Good espresso machine. Large TV. Too bad my command of German is nil as that was it for programming. Any English news channel would have been great! One other criticism, bath was difficult to enter and exit and no rubber mat. Not safe.

Great room as I chose the more expensive type in the property. However, the windrow view is a small graveyard which is not ideal for some travellers including myself due to religious belief. Other than that the hotel is newly renovated/built and apparently has a nice rooftop bar which was unfortunately not open the night I visited due to cold weather. The hotel is self check in and self check out so if you want the traditional welcoming feel it's not for you. The staff is nearby so if you need help they can still be available. It's a young professional or cold modern vibe whatever you call it.

Nice hotel and position. If you’re looking for anything other than a room, this might not be for you. Emailed to book parking weeks before, no responses (then told it’s full on arrival). Emailed to discuss booking 10 rooms for an event, no response. Not sure if this is a Berlin thing or just this hotel. Staff went to ask the manager questions for me, management didn’t even come out of the office, just given a card with a general email address (that they don’t reply to).

Nice Hotel in great location. Good value. The only downside was loud music from the hotel bar one night, even on the fifth floor it was a bit disturbing.

Was there for the Berlin Marathon. Staff was not helpful at all. Took forever to checkin. And they where rude when answering questions. I asked them if they new of a nice sit-down place to have breakfast in the area. They told me "You have Google", in a smart-ass tone.

Bel appartamento, arredato con gusto e comodo per raggiungere il centro della città. Pulizia giornaliera impeccabile. Letto comodo. Cucina fornita di tutto il necessario compresa la lavastoviglie.

A great spot to explore Berlin from. Area was quiet but walkable to many places. Bar was understaffed when we visited. Also, kind of odd that the shower is visible from the main part of the room.
