It's just like a business hotel

Visited for business trip. Staff is extremely rude and cuts off client conversation. Location is worse, has nothing near, if you don't travel with car, it is a meaningless location. Room is very clean and spacy, but that is just about it. Nothing to show, nothing to comment except the rudeness of staff. I used free-night discount (10 days compensation from hotels.com), and paid less than 20 euro. If I only knew that the staff is very rude and undereducated, I would have spent it elsewhere. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, even to those I hate the most. It's just cruel to recommend this hotel, unless the one you recommend this hotel to murdered someone close to you. It is reasonable to assume that this hotel has not a single kind staff.

Very helpful staff and excellent property to stay at. Breakfast was extensive and very good quality. I will def be staying here again in future no doubts

nice hotel, great room also bathroom. having problem with AC they fixed in 1 day!! in the nearly directions around hotel a lot of supermarket!

Rent og pænt hotel. Hotellets gæster var primært småbørnsfamilier, så vær opmærksom på dette, hvis man leder efter et stille hotel. Der var mulighed for aftensmad i hotellets restaurant, selvom vi tjekkede ind omkring kl. 21. Venligt og imødekommende personale. Fitnesscenterets faciliteter var noget beskedne, og træningslokalerne havde enormt dårlig udluftning.

The Palace hotel was lovely, the staff were very helpful, especially with my very limited Italian. Check-in was really quick and easy, same with check-out. The room was spacious and clean, felt modern inside, bed was super comfortable and the whole bathroom was lovely. The view from the balcony was great, across to the mountains in the distance.

Pulizia e tranquillità

Struttura molto pulita e personale molto diaponibile. Anche se per lavoro ho soggiornato poco è stato molto positivo.
