직원들이 매우 친절하고 호텔 위치가 석양을 보가 좋고 빠른 체크인과 체크아웃 후 편의시설 이용할 수 있어 좋았습니다.

위치, 분위기 매우 만족스러웠습니다 그러나 호텔 레스토랑에서 25유로짜리 음식을 시켰는데 미리 해놓은 음식 전자렌지에 돌려서 주더군요 레스토랑은 비추천합니다

메니저가 매우 친절하였고 석양이 매우 아름다우며 조식도 바다풍경을 보고 할수 있어 훌륭한 호텔이라 생각됨. 아쉬운 점은 계절이 늦가을이기는 하나 자쿠지물이 따뜻하지 않고 수영장물도 차가워서 이용할수 없는점

위치, 서비스, 시설 등 뭐 하나 빠지지 않는 최고의 호텔입니다. 트립어드바이저 위너에 빛나는 곳 답게 정말 후회하지 않을 선택이 될 수 있는 곳입니다. 우선 위치. 이아 마을의 상징인 풍차 아래 쪽에 자리 잡고 있는데, 산토리니의 상징과도 같은 풍차가 서 있는 풍경을 호텔 어디서든, 그리고 객실에서도 질리도록 볼 수 있고, 호텔 정면에 펼쳐진 칼데라의 풍경 역시 최고 입니다. 호텔이 있는 곳이 상업 시설에서 약간 떨어진 곳이라 밤이 되면 조용한 것도 좋고, 특히 일몰이 되면 호텔이 있는 곳 자체가 이아 내에서도 이아 성채를 제외하면 탑 포인트에 들어갈 정도로 훌륭해서 일몰 구경 따로 안가도 좋을 정도 입니다. 룸은 슈페리어 스위트의 경우, 거실에 주방, 그리고 침실이 따로 있고 자쿠지도 따로 있는데다가 화장실이랑 샤워실이 분리되어 있어서 아주 좋았습니다. 허니문 이후 가장 큰 방에 묵은 듯 싶네요. 거의 일반 호텔의 허니문 스위트 급 입니다. 테라스도 2개나 따로 있고, 테라스에서 룸 서비스로 식사와 함께 즐기는 석양은 최고의 기억입니다. 그리고 주차장. 이아 마을은 정말 주차가 힘든 곳인데 이 호텔은 전용 주차장이 따로 있어서 정말 주차가 편합니다. 서비스는, 정말 칭찬하지 않을 수가 없는데, 7성급 호텔에도 뒤지지 않는 최고의 서비스를 보여 줍니다. 투숙 이전 부터 메일로 궁금한 점에 대해 상세하고 친절하게 설명해 주고, 시간에 맞춰서 주차장으로 나와서 짐도 모두 이동해 줍니다. 그리고 리셉션은 정말 감동인데, 체크인 때 부터 정말 상업적인게 아닌, 마음 속으로 부터 우러나온 환대와 세심함을 보여 줍니다. 체크 아웃 후에도 짐 보관 서비스는 물론 세심하게 시간 체크해서 택시까지 불러주고 택시가 기다리는 곳 까지 짐도 옮겨 줍니다. 매번 드나들 때 마다 환한 웃음으로 반겨주던 모습도 잊지 못하겠네요. 많은 고민을 하고 선택한 곳인데, 정말 감동적인 경험이었습니다. 강추 합니다.

I could overcome relatively poor condition of the room because of excellent staffs and beautiful sunset at my own balcony.

I normally don’t do reviews but this was a great experience hence giving it. They gave a free upgrade to summer suite which provided a great view to the sunset. The staff was excellent, breakfast was included and was decent (however they do require notifications of breakfast items in advance). The only issue (which we didn’t face but can foresee) is hotel location - it is not accessibility friendly, so it is likely very hard for people in wheelchairs, older folks with joint issues etc.

We loved our stay in Santorini! The hotel and caldera view were perfect and the service and staff were so lovely - they really went above and beyond to be helpful make our stay memorable.

Fantastic location and views!

Our stay at Fanari felt like a fairytale. The cave villa was very spacious for our family of 4, and we equally loved the sun deck with dramatic views of the caldera and sapphire blue waters below, and balcony with perfect sunset views. Perched high above Amouddi Bay, Fanari is also ideally situated in Oia, past the crowds, but just a short walk from all the shops and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful and had a great recommendation for a Catamaran tour. Would definitely return and highly recommend.

The views are breathtaking, most beautiful place we have stayed in Santorini! The staff is so accommodating, kind and helpful. We traveled with 3 children and they loved is as well.

We stayed here for our honeymoon, and the view from our room was absolutely breathtaking—an unforgettable experience. The hotel offers a pool, sauna, and gym, and the staff were kind enough to guide us on how to use them. We were also delighted by the occasional visits from a friendly cat outside our room, which added to the charm. Although Japan is far, making it difficult to visit often, we are certain that we will return someday.

If you are staying in Oia, look no further. Fanari Villas is the perfect location, situated among the beautiful whitewashed buildings and a gorgeous view overlooking the caldera. The complimentary breakfast offers a wide variety of choices and was delicious. What really stood out was the incredible staff. We were welcomed at the private parking lot and our bags were carried up to our rooms. The lobby staff treated us like family and made sure we had everything we needed. They gave us a tour of the the property and upgraded our room. They even went out of their way to walk us to a nearby church owned by the Fanari family since the 1600's. The last day our flight wasn't until late and they let us keep our luggage there all day, while also providing us with a map and excellent itinerary options. Santorini was the last leg of a 2.5 week trip throughout Europe (Switzerland, Italy, and Greece). Fanari Villas was by far the best service we received.

Location, Staff, Breakfast, sunset

We had a wonderful time, a true dream vacation staying here (Honeymoon for me). Staff are very friendly and kind they treated us like family. The service was superb I highly recommend this place. There is an amazing restaurant in the hotel and other restaurants are only a few minutes walk. Actually everything is a few minutes away, shops, restaurants, historic buildings and great views. The hotel was the perfect place to get to see the breathtaking sunset and it has a panoramic view of the sea. We were in the sunset honeymoon suite and we had a very private patio and a 2nd floor with tanning/beach chairs which is semi-private, people can see you in certain angles ( you are top of the roof). The hotel is more private than other hotels that we saw which is one of the main reasons we love it here. I will come here again!
