Our 5-day stay at Sentido Mamlouk Palace was absolutely wonderful and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect getaway. The resort is impressively large and offers the unique benefit of full access to the neighboring sister resort, including its facilities and shared dining options. Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean, providing a very comfortable base for our holiday. One of the highlights was the incredible culinary variety, as we had the choice of multiple buffet restaurants as well as eight different a la carte theme restaurants. We are especially grateful to Zizo at the reception, who was incredibly helpful at the start of our stay by assisting us with all our restaurant reservations to ensure we didn't miss out. Throughout our visit, we felt completely safe and were consistently impressed by the very friendly, multilingual staff who truly put guest comfort first. It is a fantastic place where the service is top-notch and the atmosphere is welcoming, making for a truly relaxing and high-quality experience.

Cet hôtel est remarquable. Il est magnifique, propre , au bord de la mer rouge avec plage Le personnel est poli, toujours à rendre service , je donne une note exemplaire pour eux . Bonne animation, bon spectacles , des massages de bonne qualité dans le spa. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel qui mérite ces 5 étoiles.

Sehr nettes Personal, Zimmer war gut und sehr sauber. Im Hauptrestaurant sind die Tische klebrig und die Stühle mit Plastik überzogen. Für mich ist es ein 4.5 Sternehotel. Alles ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Der Service und alle Angestellten waren herzlich und hilfsbereit. Es war ein rundum gelungener Urlaub. Es gibt Renovierungsbedarf (Schönheitsreparaturen) insbesondere in den Bädern der Zimmer, das hat uns allerdings nicht gestört, da alles vollkommen in Ordnung und problemlos nutzbar war. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist spitze und wir haben jeden Abend in verschiedenen Themenrestaurants verbracht. Sehr abwechslungsreiches Essen und ein tolles Animationsprogramm! Die Pools sind riesig und machen viel Freude.

The building is well maintained, staff are polite and nice, the facility is huge so expect a lot of walking, there's 2 drawbacks the food variety is poor except special nights, also the pools are bit boring no musics with little animation, so if you want a quite place to relax this will be your destination.

Rooms were nice , and clean! We had an issue with a clogged sink called the front desk and they addressed it immediately! We didn't get to try any of the 8 restaurants on property but food options at the buffet were always delish! Staff was excellent, welcoming and attentive! Zizo showed us to our room and made sure that we were comfortable. We only stayed 2 nights so we didn't get to enjoy all of the amenities the property has to offer but would definitely stay again!!

Alles bestens: Sauberkeit, Freundlichkeit ALLER Mitarbeiter, Qualität des Essens. Hausriff und viele Wasserrutschen. Unser dritter Urlaub hier, der vierte ist bereits gebucht.

l’hôtel est très beau avec ses piscines . les buffets sont variés. par contre les suites aurait besoin d’être rafraîchie. problème au niveau du service restauration. aucune organisation pour un 5 étoiles. Ce point est vraiment à rétablir car cela peut nuire à l’hôtel.
