Great resort. Lots to do, good food, good drink. Lots of activities to keep the kids busy and having a kids club the kids wanted to be dropped off at was great.

Excellent for a great vacation

Been here before...loved it. Loved it this time... Super fun and great vibe. Will definitely be back!

Property was beautiful and clean. The staff was awesome.

Was honestly looking forward to a great long weekend, vacation ! I couldn’t reach anyone at the front desk to get extra blankets for the pullout couch on the first two nights.. then there was a terrible mold, smell coming out of the AC system and every night that I spent in the room I would wake up with a crazy throat ache… I would leave the room and everything would be fine. There was mould all the way around the shower and they even folded my towels that I had left on the floor for change up and put them back.

The resort is very Nice. I hadn’t problem with then. There some points that can be improcedente. Cleaning —> pool restroom Needs to be improved.

Everything is close and just a bit of a walk which is nice. I like to stretch my legs and move around.

Every about this place is fabulous nonetheless the resort food is horrible I ate fruits n veg for five day

Como sempre, incrível. Estive em 2024 e amei, retornei agora em 2025 e mais uma vez perfeito. Amo Punta Cana, amo Hard Rock. Tudo perfeito. Atendimento, quartos fantásticos, comida maravilhosa, piscinas, mar, sol … tudo de bom. Já quero voltar.

Beautiful but Mexican and Italian restaurant need better food.

Over all a great properly and lots of amenities and offerings… a little pricey and unclear on options with the price we paid .

Best resort all inclusive in Punta Cana

Excellent amenities and great service.

The resort needs an update, lots of little issues here and there. Resort was overall nice, but there was a significant issue with wait times for drinks and for restaurants. The Legendary Vacation Club sales tactics were atrocious. Pressure was ridiculous. Our room was a Rock Family suite and the air conditioning went out for a couple of days, totally not expecting that.

Great resort, restaurants were excellent. Service can be better, seems like the women working there are always in a bad mood.
