Beautiful property. Rooms were clean and I felt safe.

Great hotel, we loved it and will be coming back again!

The suites were beautiful and spacious. Staff were so helpful and courteous and available to help, loved the texting option to contact them. Restaurant and bar was very good also.

Good stay close to Disney

I loved spending time in the pool and jacuzzi areas! Our room had a fantastic view of a lake that had a nice walking path around it. The hotel location was so good! There were shops and great restaurant choices just across the street. If I ever vacation in Orlando again I know where I want to stay :) 10/10

I was just in for business, but this resort was amazing! Everything was over the top including the way staff went out of there way to offer anything that would make my stay better. I look forward to a stay with my family in the near future.

The ground and pool were very well kept

We enjoyed our visit! The pool was great and perfect for our grandsons, Cooper and Wesley, ages 3 and 2!

It was amazing, arrived and was greeted by front desk staff. Room was excellent overall exceptional hotel stay . Will be booking again soon

I booked the penthouse king bedroom suite for my birthday, which I have never experienced before, and it was amazing!! I was on the top floor and the view was amazing and the balcony was big. It had a tub I could fit in and a nice big stand up shower plus 2 sinks! The staff greeted me and gave me a $20 credit for my birthday and were so friendly and made it feel like home! The room had a complete kitchen and it just felt like home away from home!! 2 pools (one is for adults only), 3 hot tubs, game room with a pool table and ping pong, and a trail to walk around the lake that also lead to a basketball court and tennis court. I will definitely stay here again!! Thank you for the great customer service and experience,!!

Pretty.

Always a great stay!

Second time staying here and it was great. Pool is great and the activity center is a huge plus for the kids due to the inclement weather during our visit. Food was waayy better than our last visit and you can’t go wrong with the spacious living space.

Room were really nice . Great price and loved that they had multiple hot tubs

Very slow service atthe bar by the pool. I placed my order iwas told they would bring my food outside to me after 29 to 30 minutes i had to go and check on the eta.to find my food at sitting behind tgw bar...cold
