숙소는 위치나 주변 모두 만족 합니다. 다만... 체크인 시간이 1시간 이상 걸렸습니다. 지친 여행에서 기다림은 조금 힘든 상황이 었습니다.

I had a fantastic stay at your hotel. The airport shuttle was quick and convenient, and my room was completely soundproof, ensuring restful sleep. The spacious bedroom with a true king-size bed and a bathtub added to the comfort. I also appreciated the simple breakfast, which was a great start to the day.

체크인 할때 프런트 직원의 밝은 표정이 인상에 남는 숙소였습니다 . 룸 컨디션은 좋은 편이었지만 건조하고 난방 소리가 좀 힘들었네요 . 욕실 샤워시설은 지업분사까지 있어 이번 여행 숙소 중 제일 좋았고 , 수납공간이 있어 너 편리했습니다 . 다만 , 욕조물이 잘 안빠져서 체크해주시면 좋겠습니다

Clean and comfortable place near airport. And reasonable cost

공항과 접근성이 좋고 공항셔틀이 제공되었어요 객실은 좁은 편이고 냉장고가 없는게 아쉬웠어요 그 외 청결과 욕조는 훌룡했어요

Front desk staff is great - courteous & friendly. Rooms are a bit dated and lighting is not the best, but they are clean and the beds are comfortable. The 24 hr shuttle is a nice convenience. We’ve stayed here a couple times now before our early morning flights and it’s always been a pleasant stay.

Roof top sauna was great

The staff were very friendly upon check-in. The room was extremely clean and spacious, and the food at Pacini restaurant was absolutely incredible!

Room was fine. Lighting could have been warmer and floors could use updating. Staff is kind and helpful with information. Hot tub is on the rooftop. Elevator was very slow. Overall nice stay.

Restaurant was great. Room was very quiet and comfortable. All in all a good stay.

The housekeeping management was not accommodating to guests with chemical sensitivities that trigger asthma, as scented cleaning products and bed linens were used. Credit to the front desk staff member who genuinely tried to assist us and was courteous throughout. Management ultimately chose to issue a refund and suggested we stay elsewhere, which came across as dismissive. With more guest-centered awareness and flexibility, the overall experience and guest appreciation could be improved.
