I’ve stayed at over 10 Hampton Inns, and all of them have been organized, well-maintained, and operated smoothly. Unfortunately, this property was a major exception. It felt neglected from the moment I arrived — light sconces were falling off the walls, the shower frame showed signs of mold, and basic traveler supplies were completely missing. Overall, the condition was run-down and disappointing.
What made it more frustrating was the price — over $350 per night — which did not match the quality or experience. I expected much better from the Hampton brand.
