We stayed at the studio suites, it has a distinct bad smell, the "kitchen" sink was clogged, the fridge started leaking water, we had to empty it out and clean the whole fridge ourselves. There is no AC or fan, therefore it was extremely hot during summer. However bathroom is nice although it's very tiny, you wouldn't be able to use the toilet with the doors closed. The TV doesn't work, neither does the intercom phone so you'd have to go all the way down (5 floors for us, no lifts) just to talk to the receptionist. The hotel needs a lot of improvement with facilities, it's an amazing location, super great convenient however it's not kept very well.
