전체 평가 및 리뷰 Acacia Suite

간이 주방이 있어 가족여행 하시는 분들께는 추천드립니다. 그리고 지하철 역과 매우 가깝고 주변에 괜찮은 레스토랑도 많아 위치는 나쁘지 않습니다. 객실 크기나 시설은 보통 수준입니다.

가격도 그리 비싸지 않고 대중교통이 용이하여 타지역 이동이 편리 함

상당히 오래된 가구와 냄새가 조금 납니다. 밤에 걸어가기가 꽤 힘든 곳인데 지하철, 버스 타기에는 좋습니다. 취사시설을 사용하지 않을 예정이라면 위치나 시설이 4성이라고하기에는 상당히 의문입니다. 다른 호텔 추천합니다.

호텔의 객실도 깨끗했고 훌륭한 서비스와 친절한 직원들 그리고 주변에 맛집까지 있는 아주 훌륭한 장소 역과도 가까워서 이동까지 편리했음

신혼여행으로 3박4일로 머물렀습니다. 처음으로 조식이 포함이 안된 숙박예약을 했는데 결론적으로는 좋은 선택이었다고 생각됩니다. 가격도 합리적으로 저렴했구요. 여행 마지막일에 람브라스거리 까르프에서 음식재료를 구매해서 저녁을 해 먹었는데 맥주를 곁들여서 아주 맛있으면서도 저렴한 저녁을 즐길 수 있었어요. 스페인은 고기나 기타 와인 등의 물가가 저렴한 것을 느낄 수 있었어요. 식당에서 사 먹거나 호텔 조식으로는 그다지 물가가 싸다고 느낄 수 없었거든요. 다음 유럽여행 할 기회가 있다면 이런 아파트형 호텔 선택도 좋을 것으로 생각해요. 한가지 불편했던 점은 드라이기가 1분 정도 사용하면 멈춰 버려서 좀 불편했어요. 귀찮아서 프론트에 별달리 클레임은 안했지만 그런 불편함을 감안해도 가격대비 좋았던 호텔로 생각합니다

부엌에 전자렌지. 인덕션. 주방기구가 있어 간단한 식사해결이 가능하여 좋았다. 매일 객실정돈을 해주면서도 청소비용별도청구하지않아 좋았다. 수압도 쎄고 침대도 넓어 좋았다. 아쉬운 점은 람브라스메인까지는 걸어서 20분, 기차로 세정거장정도 거리라 이동시간과 비용이 소요되는 점. 또 인테리어가 옛날 나무색이라 모던한 느낌은 아니라는 점이 아쉽다. 또 화장실문이 슬라이딩도어인데 손잡이도 작고 무거운 점이 불편했다. 화장대에 거울이 없는점도 아쉽다. 하지만 저렴하고 넓고 깔끔하며 주방이 있어 매력적인 숙소이다

모든 관광지에서 가깝고 주변에 슈퍼와 식당들이 많아 편리 했어요.

Blue Line (L10) - Hospital Clinic 역에 지하철 내리면 병원쪽 말고 반대쪽 출구로 나와서, 메트로역 사거리에 옛날 성벽 건물 같은 황토색 건물들이 보이면 그 대각선 건너에 호텔 이름 보입니다. 역에서 2분 거리로 아주 가깝습니다. 호텔 체크인은 3시여서 저희는 짐 보관하고 돌아다니다가 체크인 했습니다. 직원은 모두 친절하구요, 관광안내 지도도 잘 표시해서 줍니다. 호텔방은 아파트 호텔 중에서는 꽤 안락한 편입니다. 방, 욕실, 거실 모두 넓은 편이며 깨끗합니다. 주방 기구와 냉장고, 식탁, 식기도 다 있구요. 다만 전자렌지와 코인 세탁실이 없어서 아쉬웠습니다. 호텔 나와서 어느 방향으로 길을 건너도 마트와 빵집이 있어서 장보기도 좋았고, 사그라다 파밀리아가 메트로 네 정거장으로 가깝고, 산츠역도 가까워서 출국할 때 공항 가기도 편했습니다. 추천할만한 호텔입니다^^

It was a good experience place was very clean

Normal hotel more like 3 stars, with hidden charges and bad comunication. We reserved for 2 adults and 2 kids and they charged us with an extra hoat ib theblast minute, a verybexpensive extrahost. They didnt care about our opinikns. Also wenhad to continually ask for kitchen stuff. Mybwofe to a coffe in the lobby, which looked like a receptikn coffe and they crahed us fornthe cofee!!!! No worth the price and beware of hidden charges.

We had to book late for this trip. The front desk person was so lovely and accommodating! The space was perfect for us.

We had a nice stay at Acacia. It is in a less touristy neighborhood but just a block from the Metro so it was convenient to get around. The front desk staff was excellent and very helpful. The restaurants in the area were patronized by locals and very authentic. Our favorite was O Retornino. There's a small kitchen but you need to ask for a kettle and there was only an Spanish coffee maker that we did not know how to use. Also the shower was part of a tub enclosure and was difficult to step in and out of. Overall we had a nice 2 day stay.

Property is in desperate need of renovation it’s old and reminds me of hotels in the 80s in Spain. On arrival I was told coffee is available in lobby so the next morning down I come as there’s NO Tea and coffe in apartment which I find bizarre for a so called 4* rated, only to find no capsules for the machine when I enquired was informed €1 for a capsule. I have stayed in many 4* properties and this is not.

El personal de la recepción no fue muy amable y no recibimos ninguna comunicación sobre el hotel ni sus alrededores. No volvería a hospedarme en el Acacia Suites Hotel.

冇得洗衫！太暗！洗頭水和沐浴露唔得！

Hardest bed we ever slept on. They wouldn’t give us extra pillows or blankets.

Muy amables, nos permitieron un early check un, todo muy limpio y cómodo y una botella de vino de cortesía!

The apartment was a good size for the two of us but would be cramped if another person was using the sofa bed. Exceptionally clean and serviced each day. All staff were friendly especially Jasmine the receptionist. Our apartment was at the back so a bit dark but cool. The pool was more of a plunge pool but great to cool off on the roof terrace. Very central, metro few yards up from the apartment, great cafes and an Aldi just up the road. We walked to all the major sights as directed by Jasmin who provided a street map and circled all the main attractions. Great service, really helpful and welcoming staff team. The only downside was the roof terrace didn’t open till 10.30, would have been nice to go up early morning for a dip in the pool to start the day

Personale simpatico ma non sempre facilissimo da comprendere in inglese. Camere molto spaziose (anche troppo per un viaggio di lavoro da soli) ma arredate diversi decenni fa… direi anni 70 in base allo stile, pulito. Sono miniappartamenti con cucini a e salottino quindi se qualcuno vuole farsi da mangiare è interessante. Non era questo il mio caso. Voto medio superiore a 8 su Hotels.com secondo me è un po’ troppo generoso. La struttura porta a casa la sufficienza soprattutto grazie alla pulizia e all gentilezza dei dipendenti.

An ideal hotel for a family. Very friendly, cooperative staff, who were understanding of our needs. Very good location.
