처음 들어간 방의 서랍 뒤에서 벌레가 나왔으며 창문 잠금 장치 고장으로 보안이 염려되어 방을 변경하였습니다. 호텔 침대 매트리스는 너무 오래되었는지 쿠션감 하나 없이 딱딱합니다. 윗방인지 옆방의 변기 물 내리는 소리가 크게 잘 들리고 방음이 되지 않습니다. 일정을 마치고 돌아온 방의 화장실 세면대에 요청하지도 않은 어메니티를 던지듯 뿌려놓고 간 것이 가장 기억에 남습니다. 좋은 점이라곤 조식이 제공된다는 점과 광장과 가깝다는 것입니다.

Too dirty and not maintained well. There were hairs on the bed when I first opened the blanket. (Oviously not mine) I requested to changed the linens and blanket, but they didn't change. So I asked the front desk for a new set of linen, the staff just brought it to the room and left. I had to make the bed myself. The bathroom is too small and old, the faucet does not work softly. And it seems like water purification is not working properly since the water from the tap tasted salty. And the room is too noisy, every sound from outside is coming in to the room. I do not recommend have foods at the rooftop bar, just have some drinks there, and find other restaurants to have lunch or dinner. The location couldn't be better. It's near the town's plaza. You can find nice restaurants nearby.

위치도 졸았고 방 크기도 생각보다 넓고 전체적으로 기대이상이었습니다. 무엇보다 바다뷰와 조식이 정말 맘에 들었어요. 그릭커피도 맛있었고 종류는 많지않아도 정말 먹을만한 것들로 구성이 잘되어있고 모두 맛있었어요!

위치도 좋고 조식도 좋았습니다. 다만, 와이파이 신호 강도는 개선이 필요해 보입니다.

First I had a problem for transportation. I stayed at Zakynthos town but I have to take a ferry at Agios Nicholaos. Hard to find a rental car and have to pay high drop off charge. Denise suggested a full day rental to travel alone to give me detailed information and good spot to visit. I traveled thoses spots including shipreck/bluse cave biat trip and monastry and sunset restsurant Cross that has been one of beautiful sunset I ever had ana also to close the yrip beautifully. Also I can take a ferry at Agios Nicholaos to Kefalonia. To have a late lunch at Solonomos Square made me good starting point of my Zakynthos trip. I thank her for all.

공항에서 이곳까지는 택시로 13유로듭니다. 호텔 위치는 아주 좋구요. 씨뷰로 방을 받는다면 매일 바다 풍경 보는 재미에 푹 빠질 겁니다. 바로 근처에 식당들이 많고, 투어 예약하는 곳도 있습니다. 룸서비스 가격도 저렴하고, 주변 상점들 가격도 저렴합니다. 저에겐 만족스러운 여행이었습니다.

분명 스모킹룸인데 아니라고 하고 냄새나면 창문 열라고..ㅜ ㅜ. 그래서 창문 여니 에어컨이 작동 안되네요. 무척 더운 날이었는데..

자킨토스 공항에서 택시로 이동할 수 있으며(13유로 정도 소요), 호텔 바로 앞에 섬 일주 유람선을 탈 수 있는 항구와 사무실이 있어, 여행을 즐기기 편리합니다. 호텔 뒤편으로 두블럭 정도 들어가면 자킨토스의 메인 쇼핑스트리트가 있고, 앞으로는 바다를 조망할 수 있어, 위치로는 최상급인 것 같습니다. 또한 직원들도 매우 친절하시네요(매우 이른 시간임에도 얼리체크인을 받아주셨습니다). 다만, 호텔 자체가 약간 낡기는 하였고, 사워장/화장실 시설이 조금 떨어집니다(깨끗하기는 합니다).

We only stayed one night and were impressed and would definitely stay here again. It's in a great location and we loved the rooftop bar and pool. The breakfast was lovely too.

I booked this hotel based on the pictures from the official website. The photos looked wonderful and created the impression of a charming and beautiful place worth staying in. Unfortunately, reality was very different. The hotel itself feels extremely old, neglected, and more like a student dormitory than a proper hotel. The rooms were not clean — there was dust everywhere, and the housekeeping was careless. The staff were unfriendly, rarely smiled, and gave no sense of hospitality. The building smells of humidity, which makes the stay uncomfortable. The water quality was especially disappointing. The tap water was salty, so it was not even possible to brush teeth properly, let alone drink it. Until around 6 p.m., the showers only provided cold water, and the pressure was extremely weak. Overall, the conditions were far from what was shown in the photos. I regret booking this place and cannot recommend it.

Nice view and Hotel staff was good. Only parking was on the busy street and extremely limited. We had to park at least 1km away.

Hotel in a stunning location but dated, needs a refresh. Staff were great, good breakfast options.

Kahvaltısı çok çeşitli ve güzeldi çalışanlar kibar ve hızlı. Konum olarak oldukça iyi. Terastan manzara muhteşem.

The property was nice but our room 203 when we went to shower the drain on the outside of the shower started flooding. I went to the front desk and all they did was put towels on the floor and the bathroom floor was extremely wet. We asked for a different room and they said nothing was available and gave us even more towels for the floor. The air conditioning in the room is old and the only way to keep it somewhat cold you have to leave the flat key in and remove the actual key. But the AC was not that cold. Breakfast was decent in the morning. I believe if the room didn’t flood it would have been a better experience for the 4 of us.
