벌레들이 있습니다. 모두 친절합니다. 식당 부페는 인도식이 90%입니다. 수영장 물이 깨끗하지 않습니다. 인근 상가가 많아서 편리했습니다. 바다의 접근성도 좋습니다.

1. 직원들이 친절합니다. 특히 아이들에게 친절해서 어른까지 기분이 좋았어요. 2. 바에서 마실 수 있는 웰컴드링크 쿠폰으로 아이들과 함께 칵테일 타임을 가졌어요. 3. 해변까지 걸어서 2분 이내 맞아요 정말 가깝습니다. 해변에 있는 식당도 가격 저렴하고 맛있어요. 4. 추가로 바닥 청소를 요청했는데 깨끗하게 잘 닦아준 덕분에 아이들과 지내기 편했습니다. 5. 와이파이가 잘 되지 않고, 건물 자체가 연식이 조금 된 것 같았습니다.

대체적을 만족합니다. 직원은 친절하였고 시설은 훌륭합니다. 해변은 걸어가기에 멀지 않고 리조트 주변으로 괜찮은 레스토랑도 많습니다. 수영장도 관리가 잘 되어 있습니다. 다만 결혼식 행사로 주말 내내 시끄러웠던 점은 조용히 쉬고자 하는 여행객에게는 불만일 수 도 있을 것 같고, 와이파이 신호가 약한 점은 개선이 필요합니다. 가격 대비 적당한 리조트라고 생각합니다.

I would like to especially commend the Head of Guest Relations Gita Nail for truly saving our stay. While there were several issues initially, she stepped in with exceptional professionalism, empathy, and ownership. She listened patiently, acted swiftly, and genuinely went above and beyond to make things right. Her efforts not only resolved the situation but completely turned around our experience. She single-handedly restored our faith in the hotel and made us feel valued as guests. A true asset to the organization.

Great food and service

Great place to stay, clean rooms, responsive staff and good food. All resort facilities. My family and I enjoyed our stay to the fullest.

Overall an excellent stay at the Dona Sylvia resort, nestled in lush gardens with good facilities. Location is excellent with direct access to the beach, and a wide variety of restaurants and beach shacks in the vicinity. The staff delivers attentive service and they were very helpful with additional activities such as arranging a cooking class! The pool and the gardens are very well maintained. The breakfast buffet was good, but there were limited choices for western palates, so having an omlette every morning for a week can get a bit boring. The air conditioning in the room was quite noisy - could do with some maintenance. We also had a problem with the TV which kept switching off, and the WiFi which was excellent in the garden and all other areas but was hardly working inside the room. We escalated these issues to the reception and the staff tried to resolve the issues but unfortunately to no avail. The room was cleaned daily and the towels were changed as well - despite having them hung up as requested if we did not want them to be changed. We would recommend the Dona Sylvia for a relaxing stay in Goa.

We chose carefully before ending up with this resort. It's perfect. Not too big, not too small. Direct access to beach - not private beach, but almost. Not crowded and dirty like many places in north Goa (even Benaulim actually). Direct access to small market and shops outside the resort area as well. Couldn't have been better.

Wonderful staff & clean. Negative - very busy & loud with weddings & loud music. Not suitable if you want a relaxing beach holiday
