Very nice hotel. Very clean and large room. Free internet speed is very nice. But the location is so so. That takes 12 min by bus to the old town.

편안히 잘 쉬었습니다. 도심에 갈 때는 시내버스를 이용했는데 주말에는 무료로 이용할 수 있었습니다.

O quarto é excelente, com uma vista maravilhosa. O café da manhã com ótimas e variadas opções.

Great quality, easy transport links boths to airport and city centre while staff were always polite and helpful. Only negative is that there was construction going on both in the hotel and surrounding area

La habitación muy amplia y muy limpia. Está en la zona financiera. Lo malo es que de noche no hay ambiente al ser una zona de oficinas. Tampoco me gusta que cojan 50 euros de la tarjeta por si consumes algo y no te hagan el reembolso tras salir del hotel. Han pasado dos días y aún no me han reembolsado el dinero.

Essen war katastrophal! Kann mich nicht erinnern, jemals in einem Hotel so schlecht gegessen zu haben.

Tres bel hotel avec une chambre au 8eme etage qui donne une vue magnifique sur toute la ville. Hamam( un peu chaud) et sauna dispo . Machine a cafe et the dans la chambre. Parfait.

We loved our room and stay at Melia! The staff who checked us in and at the front desk were excellent. We had an incredible view and overall great stay!

The first time we stayed at Melia was during Covid which was horrible so we wanted to have a do-over. We liked the size of the room, the beds were good. But what lacked was any type of feeling at home. No coffee machine (for a 4 star hotel!), just a water cooker and some instant coffee and tea. No amenities apart from fixed Rituals shampoos and such. The most uncomfortable cheap chair to sit at the desk. The other sofa chair was not modern at all. However the location is good, close to the MUDAM and the tram that takes you into town. We walked over the bridge, it's about 25 mins to center. There is a Delhaize supermarket across the road as well as Cocottes for amazing breakfast and lunch. Cheaper than the hotel. I don't think we will be back here unfortunately.

Great hotel and very friendly staff and service. Lots of options for food, shopping, transportation to visit the city.

Belle hôtel malheureusement la chambre qu’il nous on donne l’air climatisée ne fonctionnait pas nous avons eu trop chaud mal dormi.

Foi uma experiência realmente memorável! O atendimento cortês e gentil de toda a equipe é, sem dúvida, um grande diferencial. O ambiente do hotel é encantador, com uma atmosfera acolhedora e bem cuidada. O quarto estava impecavelmente limpo, com um aroma agradável e extremamente confortável. Recomendo de olhos fechados e com certeza voltarei em uma próxima oportunidade!
