전체 평가 및 리뷰 Radisson Blu Hotel, Hamburg Airport

Schönes Flughafenhotel.

Vi har bestilt et HC rom. Det var bra rom og stort bad, men dusjstol kunne har vært større. Fordi når man ikke kan går og er stor og kraftig da trenger man en stor sete for å sitte når man dusjer. Maten på restaurant var god. parkering var kjempe dyrt. Vi betalte 36 € fra ca kl 1700- kl 06.45

Liked - Walk to the airport, felt more like being at home Didn't like - Bath/shower tub height is too high.

Property is located at the airport. Room was spacious,clean, comfortable, and quiet. In room amenities are nice - coffee, tea, bottled water, cleansers, lotion, shampoo, and conditioner. Restaurant is very overpriced. Can’t report on quality of food or drinks as no one even took our order. After 30 minutes of waiting, we left and went to the train station located at the airport and bought sandwiches from a store. The VIP drink coupon was useless since no one ever waited on us.

Dejlig “oase” med ca. 1 min. til terminal 1 og 2. Prøvede også restaurant og bar, som vi også kan anbefale.

Very handy for the airport, just a few minutes away, but an expensive stay. Beds were very comfortable, though the pillows were much tooo soft. Felt smothered. Firmer pillows would be welcomed. How about putting the tray of coffee maker and cups etc on the table - much easier to reach especially for a 5 footer like me! :)

Die Lage ist super. Der Services ist etwas chaotisch.

Excellent location for late arrival at the airport as 1 minute walk from the terminal

Excellent location and facility right next to Hamburg Airport. Restaurant food is delicious and the hotel room was very nice. Excellent provisions in the room, couldnt fault our stay here.

Fint och väldigt fräscht hotell. God mat i restaurangen. Flera i personalen var under utbildning men gjorde sitt bästa för att ge oss en bra upplevelse. Smidigt gångavstånd till terminalerna. Perfekt för den som ska hinna med ett flyg på morgonen.

It is a bit dated and currently are doing some renovations.

Hotel Review: Great Room, Lacking Service The hotel is conveniently located across from the airport, making it a great option for travelers. Check-in was smooth, and the room was well-equipped with slippers, free bottled water, a coffee and tea maker, quality bedding, and a well-stocked bathroom. A small bag of gummy bears as a VIP amenity was a thoughtful touch. However, despite requesting a room near the elevator, I was assigned the last one in the hallway, making it inconvenient to drag luggage over the carpet. The biggest letdown was the service. While luggage storage was available, I had to go back up and collect my bags myself, as staff wouldn’t send them down. In a four-star hotel, this lack of basic assistance felt disappointing. As someone with experience in customer service, the staff’s indifferent attitude stood out more than the policy itself. If you need no help, you’ll be fine, but don’t expect warm hospitality.

The hotel is across a parking lot from terminal 2, so its convenience is great. It is undergoing construction, so the ground floor is not the best. They do offer coffee and snacks to help offset the disruption. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. A great hotel if you have an early morning flight.

We were not informed that a renovation was ongoing hence no bar lounge and dining room. All was in a conference room with limited comfort. Breakfast was of low standard. And the curtain was broken in our room where we also had only one toilet roll for 3 adults.

The hotel is under renovation, nobody informed you in advance. Its a construction site, not a hotel.
