Good location, however the apartment and facilities are getting a little tired at Aria.

was told staying on the 11th floor, on arrival we were on 8th floor. after checking in about 2 hours later rang up and told tradesman will be there next day to fix oven which was not working (not told about) tradesmen came next day only to not be able to fix oven, so no oven for stay. as a vip you get a bottle of wine and vouchers and room upgrade, received none.

The apartment was roomy and well set up. Big lounge /kitchen area that opened out onto an outdoor area. Loved the double bi fold door to open it right up.

Great location, spacious comfortable apartment. Unfortunately, there is building work opposite so expect construction from 6am each morning.

The check in is only open fir a few hours on Saturday & Sunday, so you have to deal with incorrect codes for key safes, messages not being passed on to the phone assistance etc

The floors were dirty and the furniture was mismatched. The apartment was filled with cheap, low-quality pieces that looked like they’d been picked up from a kerbside rubbish collection.

The pool area was great. Our room was located on level 6 and there was a lot of noise from the bar accross the street until 10pm

Cons: perhaps not many people use the 3 bedroom apartment, it is not clean and several things were broken and not working eg one of the sliding door, and TV in the kitchen and main bedroom. Suspect

Quiet only foor rooms to each floor. Very spacious unit plenty if room for 4 people. Closeto restaurants and shops and transport. Buses and light rail.

Nice property was a good location for our stay. Just needing a bit of maintenance. The reception hours on weekends are a bit odd also.

We stayed in a sub penthouse apartment and the space was beautiful, wonderfully clean and so many spaces to sit and relax. Beds were extremely comfy and the location was sensational. Our only feedback is that one towel per person to be used over multiple days for bathing and for the pool is not enough. And two face washes and 2 hand towels to share between 8 people was a little gross. The dishwasher also doesn't wash properly meaning we had to hand wash everything.

Dishwasher didn’t work apartment in need of some attention quite run down especially for the price they are asking.
