This hotel has the worst service out of all the hotels I've ever stayed at

Lovely one night stay at this Hyatt! Execration Excellent customer service and they gave us several helpful tips for sightseeing and navigating the area.

Amazing location and great rooms!

The location is very good, close to restaurants and shops. Standard size hotel room. Nice rooftop pool.

Super welcoming crew. Location is perfect with lots shopping and dining options. The room was fantastic, comfortable and very clean. I will stay again for sure.

One night pre-cruise stay. Staff able to accommodate us arriving early. Room very comfortable and clean. Missing bedding for sofa bed was rectified quickly. Property well maintained, rooftop pool lovely. Really enjoyed our stay.

I LOVED THUS HOTEL

Very convenient location when visiting Pike Outlets or Aquarium of the Pacific. Great room, comfy bed, nice shower with no door, couch didn’t feel to clean, lots of stains, overall great stay. Will stay again.
