5/5점 – 하튼 호텔 니시우메다 오사카에서의 훌륭한 숙박! 🌟 오사카를 방문하는 동안 이곳에 머물렀는데 정말 좋은 경험이었습니다. 위치가 완벽해서 오사카/우메다역에서 도보로 몇 분 거리에 있어 시내를 돌아다니기에 매우 편리했습니다. 호텔 주변에는 상점과 레스토랑이 많고 대중교통도 편리합니다. 객실은 깨끗하고 편안하며 잘 관리되어 있었고, 단기 투숙에 필요한 모든 것이 갖춰져 있었습니다. 직원들은 정중하고 전문적이었으며 항상 기꺼이 도와주었습니다. 체크인과 체크아웃은 원활하고 효율적이었습니다. 오사카에서 실용적이고 위치가 좋으며 믿을 수 있는 숙소를 찾고 있다면 이 호텔은 훌륭한 선택입니다. 다음 여행에도 기꺼이 다시 묵을 것입니다!

위치가 좋고, 가격이 싸기 때문에 불평할 게 많지 않습니다. 일부 프런트 데스크는 기준에 미치지 못합니다. 야마토로 짐을 보낼 수 없다고 합니다! 눈 때문에요. 좋은 변명이 아닙니다. 제가 6일 동안 오사카에 머물렀을 때 눈이 내리지 않았습니다. 다음 날 다른 직원에게 물어보려고 했는데, 그들도 보낼 수 없다고 말했습니다. 문제는 그들이 신경 쓰지 않는 듯 대답하고 환대가 부족하다는 것입니다.

숙소에서는 제가 제 시간에 해당 장소에 도착하지 못할 때 남편이 먼저 체크인할 수 있도록 해주었습니다. 오사카의 우메다 지역으로의 접근과 오사카역의 JR선으로의 접근을 위한 매우 전략적인 위치입니다. 이용 가능한 세탁실이 여러 개 있으므로 사용하기 위해 줄을 설 필요가 없습니다. 엘리베이터 근처에는 무료 식수와 청량음료 자판기가 마련되어 있습니다.

Very helpful. Yesterday I was late checking in because I missed the train, but they allowed me to shower and pack up my things. Very recommended hotel ☺.

Lokasi dekat dengan JR stasiun, bila naik bus dari atau mau ke aiport sangat mudah.

Hotel is in a good location. Very near Osaka Station. I just did not like the pillow. But over all, it was a good experience. 😀

Kind of small, but it was nice. Price could be lowered a bit.

The hotel is good location, close to the Osaka train station and also easy to find shopping mall and restaurant. The staff is welcome and breakfast is good.

The hotel is about 5 minutes from osaka station. If you want to stay in quiet place, the hotel is not an option. Since you can hear the train and a bit noisy. The room is a bit small but clean and tidy. Front office staff is also helpfull and friendly.

The location is awesome. Only walking distance to Osaka station and near shopping malls. Umeda Sky Building is 10-15 minutes walk. The room is fine as the space of hotels in Japan is not big but as long as we could put and open our luggage in the room it is okay. Love the view from our room, the railways with busy trains from 13th floor and also the Umeda Sky Building. The hotel also provides luggage stories when we haven't able to check in.

the hotel best interest is its position..located just a blink away from the osaka station - the sakurabashi exit..no need to worried if book w/out breakfast the whole alley for a good taste and affordable price is the passage you will hv it through after exiting the sakurabashi. the hotel is clean..but a bit old on its furniture. one other plus for these hotel is the staff who is very nice and giving their best service, they will go to your room and lend you the connector for mobile charging w/out any deposit, a very different way with the other japan chain hotel A*a where they will charges and ask you to go to reception to have the connector.

Location is great very near osaka station that have mall, restaurant, cafe, transportation, everything. The room is clean, I stayed outside all day so the room just perfect for me just for resting after long walk. Recommended hotel.

Semua bagus, dekat dengan stasiun kereta Osaka, (keluar di Sakurabashi gate), dekat dengan halte bis ke bandara (bagi yang banyak bawa koper). Harga juga tidak terlalu mahal. Hotelnya bersih, front desk ramah. Pokoknya semua oke deh.

Dekat dengan stasiun osaka tinggal jalan kurang lebih 300 m dari sakurabashi gate exit. Ramah serta bisa menitipkan koper hingga check-in dan check-out. Dekat dengan tempat makanan serta tempat bis kangai airport. Sarapan not bad (western maupun jepang) 35. Kamar bersih

Hearton Hotel Osaka is perfect for you who like to walk, it located near to Osaka Station, 5 minutes walk to iSetan Mall. however, the room is quite small for three persons, if you bring your baby maybe you need a bigger room. The staffs and concierge are really nice, they can speak English fluently.
