The room was spacious, staffs were kind! They were the best in my holidays in sicilia. Specially, the girl in the reception(forgot her name but start with M), she managed everything perfect!

폴리테아마 광장 바로 앞에 위치하고 있어서 교통이 편리합니다. 단점은 조식이 맛이 없고 데스크 직원이 그다지 친절하진 않아요.

욕조에서 물이 새어나와 바닥이 물바다 된 것 말고는 괜찮았어요. 아마 방을 바꿔달라고 했으면 바꿔줬을 것 같아요.

시내 중심가에 있어 위치가 매우 좋다. 시내버스로 역 근처나 노르만 궁전, 몬델로 해안, 몬레알레(1회 환승)로 가기 편하다. 조식이 좋다. 방이 넓고 욕실도 넓다. 주차하기도 매우 편하다. 다만, 호텔스닷컴의 안내와 달리 하루에 10유로를 지불하여야 한다.

Very convenient location

The staff is wonderful. The rooms are clean, but they are small. The bedding is subpar and the entire hotel is very loud. You can hear everything in the hallway and all of the rooms facing sit above the loading dock for the building next door. The windows are single pane and old so we heard people yelling and loading the dock next door until 3AM. They have a large ashtray right outside the lobby entrance so you have to deal with smokers in your face every time you enter and leave as well. Very small TVs on the wall. It's a great location and the staff are really nice, but it's a terrible place to try to get any rest.

This hotel has a lot going for it in terms of location, close to the bus stop, Politeama, from the airport, walk to old city, and lots of restaurants. The staff are very nice and helpful, and it is very clean. Our room had a great view over the city to the west. It has both an elevator and a beautiful spiral staircase with wrought-iron railings. But for the price, the hotel needs to do better with the decor. The furniture in the lobby is worn and cheap looking. And our room felt austere and institutional. Warmer lighting, and wall color other than blue would be a good start.

Staff at front desk were very helpful and willing to help out with recommendations for food, trips. Housekeeping was prompt. Air conditioning did work but a little noisy but probably shut off from November. Location is certainly an advantage as can walk to most places

Valutazione: 6/10 L’Hotel Garibaldi si trova in una posizione assolutamente centrale – la sua forza principale. Tutto è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi: attrazioni, ristoranti e negozi. La mia camera (n. 203) era una stanza accessibile ai disabili, cosa non indicata in anticipo. Il bagno era adattato (WC alto, senza bidet, doccia a filo pavimento), ma dopo la doccia risultava tutto bagnato. Le camere sono spaziose, ma arredate in modo molto semplice – TV piccola, poco spazio per lavorare e nessuna pantofola per il pavimento freddo. Manca un po’ di comfort e cura nei dettagli. In sintesi: hotel pulito e in posizione perfetta, ma più vicino a un tre stelle superiore che a un vero quattro stelle. Se fosse classificato come tre stelle, darei 8/10; come quattro stelle, 6/10.

Good breakfast and the air con worked well. Reception staff was very helpful and professional!
