업무로 가기엔 크게 나쁘지않았음.. 음식도 따뜻한 음식이 있었음.. 단지 에어컨 조절이 좀 힘들고 온,습도 조절이 힘들어 목조심 필요..

This hotel was wonderful!!!

Our stay was very successful. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff very friendly. We are making it our go to hotel when visiting our family in Houston.

One of the thi gs i was looking forward to was the hot tub/spa that was advertized. The hot tub is no longer a hot tub but a kid pool so i didnt get to enjoy it. I also had a little issue during check in but is somethjng thar was already mentioned to Expedia and hotel staff. Other than this, everything was good.

Older property- room & hallways smelled like pee- towels discolored & need to be changed

The first night there was terrible. We were sleeping. I had several knocks and someone giggling the handle on the door several times freaking my son out. Then a phone call asking “if we lost a 2yr old” so I went down stairs and asked what was going on as to why so many knocks and phone calls freaking my son out and turns out a 2 yr old wandering the halls. Obviously wasn’t my kid they knew that right away and apologized so we left early after all that..

Room was dirty and had hair everywhere.

The best feature is location--super convenient in safe nice location We werent there much. Slept and left. Place was pretty clean. No recycling. Breakfast was hot but typical powdered eggs etc. Mediocre but you wont starve.

I enjoyed my stay at this property. The hotel overall was nice, clean and friendly. There’s restaurants in the same parking lot as the hotel. The pool was clean. Breakfast was really good and there were so many options to choose from. Will be staying again. Thank you

It was a clean and comfortable room in a good area. Fast check-in and check out. Staff very nice and accommodating.

Hot water was lukewarm at best. Room key malfunctioned twice and the recept

Much older hotel compare to other Holiday Inn Express we've been too.

Staff were nice, room was clean, pool is very small, neighbors upstairs sounded like elephants.

Property was neat; staff was pleasant but not always accessible; breakfast was great and the breakfast attendant was fantastic.

Check in staff were very friendly.
