Pool and sauna excellent. Very good breakfast

Great location for the AO Arena, and to walk into the city. Smooth check in and a nice refurbed room. A lovely addition is access to swimming pool/spa etc. Could have been cleaner, but would definitely return.

Very helpful staff Clean environments There was some maintainance and renovation work happening on one of the floors which was noisy during the day (not made aware of this)

Stayed here for a concert at AO Arena was able to walk to the venue and the hotel and staff where lovely !

Great hotel highly recommend if your going to AO arena

Hotellet var väldigt fint och frukosten var kanon. Tyvärr var det lite slarvigt städat i badrummet och sängen var så hård att både jag och min syster var helt knäckt efter ett par dagar så hade aldrig kunnat stanna fler dagar. Men gillar du att sova på en hård bänk så är det här hotellet för dig. :)

Unfortunately under refurbishment, which wasn’t made clear at point of booking. Very basic room, marks all the across bathroom floor and cracked sink. Noisy during the morning and afternoon. Clearly should be offering substantial discount to all guests, and all be better informed in light of building work.

Great stay at a nice and central hotel. Appreciated the good size of both the room and the bathroom. Comfortable bed as well.

I didn't like how loud the room doors slammed shut

I did not like the fact the breakfast was warm and they did not allow you to have poached eggs for breakfast. The room was cold and even though I reported it to front desk no attempt was made to check this out. I don’t like how the seating area is not all independent table seating therefore you can overhear other diners conversations.

Great location

Good place to stay. Not far to city centre. Carpark service they provide expensive but spa facilities are excellent. So would say more pro’s then cons.

Overall the stay was pleasant bit frustrating at first as the first put us in a room above the construction that was going on so did not get a lay in in the morning as noise was horrendous and it scared our 5 year old. However when we raised the issue the hotel moved us a few floors up away from the construction and the spa facilities though busy during the families time slot and we had to wait in a queue to go in were lovely. I would suggest they extend the family time slots. Hotel overall was decent but a bit pricey considering renovation noise though lovely and clean.

Staff were helpful. Parking is reduced if you park at CitiPark and request a validating ticket from the reception. Yes there’s building work going on, but we didn’t hear any noise on our Friday night stay. The pool facilities are good. And the newly refurbished rooms are nice. Breakfast was also really good.

There was building work on going in the reception area when we arrived. There was building noises and drilling we could hear while in our room during the day and strong smell of chemicals in the building. The room definitely needed to be up dated, but was clean. The spa was so busy there was no chairs or beds available. To say it is suppose to be a 4 star hotel it definitely was not, especially for the price! However, I would say the staff were amazing and lovely throughout our stay. It was the facilities which were the main disappointment.

Overall stay was fine. Issue with one room that we had to make them aware of. Fixed the issue ourselves as no one came up to assist. Parking was VERY misleading and is set up incorrectly. Cost us double what we had budgeted because it was not updated on either website or Expedia website. Hotel were also unwilling to help or resolve the issue despite admitting it was incorrect.

The hotel reception was inder renovation so very noisey. The room was good and comfortable, breakfast was very nice and staff were feeindly. The worst thing is the bathroom had not been cleaned, the counter top was very dirty and I had to clean it before we used the bathroom. Put a damper on the stay
