전체 평가 및 리뷰 Hampton Inn Alexander City

예약을 잘못해서 어려움이 있었는데 직원분들도 친절히 도와주시고 숙소도 깔끔하니 좋네요. 알렉산더시티에서는 이곳이 제일 나은거 같습니다.

약간 외져서 쇼핑가는데 2시간 걸리네요.

The Hampton Inn was very clean and neat with a wonderful variety at their breakfast option. There was a problem when we checked in and 2 credit cards were charged instead of one. Monique was very professional and, hopefully one of the cards will be refunded.

Traveling for wedding. Rachel was phenomenal! She was able to get us checked in and in our room with efficiency and a smile. Room was clean and super roomy. We had a room with king bed. Room had fridge and microwave. A little dated but clean and comfortable.

Everything was great for my first time staying here , had one small problem and it was resolved very quickly. Would definitely stay here again

Nice and quiet

All is fine but I do not underestimate hotel rooms now. Lighting is so sparse. Ridiculous. The bath has one light and it is not even over the sink and mirror.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Facility very clean. Breakfast area exceptionally clean. However, my main complaint was none of the ice machines worked in the building. NO ICE!!! Breakfast bar apples were old and there was nothing but whole milk available. No skim or low fat.

We’ve stay there before and the experience was better this time. The guy working the check in was extremely helpful and nice; you could tell he took pride in his job. He also was accommodating to get us in a room earlier than check, which was nice since we had been up for 30 hours. We will stay there again if we travel to that area.

Loved the breakfast!

The room was very clean and comfortable. The service was amazing. Breakfast was good. Would definitely recommend!!

The employees were very nice and helpful

The first room we were in had a broken AC that the employees knew about and warned us might not work with a view of dumpsters full of old mattresses. The second night was a lot better because the air was working. The employees especially Megan were awesome and tried to help as much as possible but overall the hotel was rubbish. Went outside a few times and the card access to get back in was “iffy” at best on everything except the main door. Overall 1 out of 10 would not recommend.

The hotel was being remodeled. The room had just been completed but there was mold at the bottom of the shower. The room was otherwise clean. Staff at the hotel was combative and aggressive. We requested both extra pillows and towels and was told they don’t have any. Front desk staff and my partner had a confrontation and then we were charged our deposit for damaging towels. Retaliation? We did submit a formal complaint.

The trip was wonderful, stay here every year. The stsff is very nice but this year there was no refrigerator in the room. I had wsited too lTe and took a king only rather than my customary queen. Online the price was same and in no way could l imagine there there woukd not be a frig. No acvomodations could be made. New Holiday inn coming acrosd the street. Hampton needs to gear up... people going to Lake Martin with families will want what the competition has.
