셀프 체크인 엄청 불편하고, 체크아웃후에 짐도 맡길 수 없고, 룸 시설도 열악하고...다시는 가고 싶지 않습니다

중심에 위치하여, 주변 관광지까지의 교통이 매우 편리함. 시설도 매우 깔끔함

3일 동안 여행목적으로 혼자 숙소에 묵었고, 전반적으로 굉장히 마음에 들었습니다. 우선, 숙소를 나가면 오페라 하우스가 바로 보이고 우반 등 대중교통을 이용하기 좋습니다. dm, spar와 같은 편의시설도 가깝고 다른 관광지에 접근성도 좋습니다. 그 중에서도 직원이 친절했었던 것이 가장 맘에 들었습니다. 하지만, 와이파이가 있지만 연결이 끊기면서 잘 되지 않았던 것은 조금 아쉬웠고, 1인실 위치가 안내데스크와 가깝고 방음이 잘 되지 않았던 점 또한 좋지 않았습니다.

위치 Good, 위치 대비 가격도 Good 일반 호텔처럼 로비가 있지는 않지만, 친절한 Staff 들 덕분에 편하게 Check in, out 했음 주변 맛집도 잘 알려줌 다만 물이 없었던 점이 유일한 단점.

주변에 갈 곳들이 다 즐비해있어요. 너무 좋은 위치에있어요. 아주 좋았습니다.가격이 비싼건 그냥 강남에 위치했다 생각하하면 됩니다ㅎㅎ

한 건물을 두층을 사용하고 있는 아파트먼트 같은 호텔. 옆방과 방음이 전혀 안되는 게 큰 흠

1.세탁서비스가된다고써있어서 도착과동시에세탁서비스를부탁했더니드라이클리닝장소알려주며자기네는세탁시설이없다고함..드라이클리닝하는곳이2분거리니직접가서하라고함..2.엘리베이터는정말약소함.한명과캐리어들어가면꽉참.캐리어와함께면한명씩오르락내리락해야함. 3.룸클리닝을받은결과..이불을바꿔주지않고접어만줌.지금껏이불을바꿔주는곳만다녀봐서는모르겠지만조금의아했음. 4.그럼에도불구하고 정말정말지리적으로는최상이였음.운좋게1층의카페자허가보이는뷰였음.바로앞이카페자허가있고,카페자허옆이오페라하우스라밤마다오페라나음악소리가들림.쇼핑거리와링도르를모두걸어다녀도괜찮앗음.볼게너무많앗음. 반드시카페자허가보이는뷰를지정하는게좋을것같음.

The location of hotel is great. We could go anywhere Inner City in a few minutes by foot. Cleaning condition is good. Staffs are kind.

3명이서 썻는데 잘 지냇내요!위치도 괜찮고 후기가 안좋은게있어서 고민했는데 숙소로는 좋아요! 엘레베이터가 작다는거 빼고는 좋아요! 히터도 빵빵하고 다른호텔은 추웟는데 여긴 너무 좋았어요! 커피도 머신이라좋앗고 방에서 간다하게 요리도 가능해서 좋앗어요 봉지라면 끓여먹었네요 ㅎㅎ

--장점: 에어컨 잘 나옴. 깨끗함. 위치가 관광지와 매우 가까워 좋음. --단점 : 별 4성급 호텔이 아니라 그냥 아파트임. 들어가는 입구를 못찾을 정도로 입구가 매우 좁음. 열쇠를 공용으로 사용함. 즉 내 방문으로 옆방 문을 열 수 있음. 엘리베이터 매우 좁음.

I LOVE Opera Suites and this was not my first time staying here. The room I got this time faced Kärtnerstrasse and the Hotel Sacher so that was an extra bonus. The nice lady let me check in slightly earlier (noon) and the cleaning lady was very polite and helpful by cleaning the room quickly -- and no less thoroughly -- so I could check in and get some sleep after flying all night (I can't sleep on flights, even with lie-flat seats). I left the cleaning lady a tip when I checked out for being so accommodating and kind. Best of all? The room had air conditioning and even a kitchenette with a bar fridge, small kitchen sink, and coffee making supplies. I will return on my next spin through Vienna!

Everything looks old and worn out and not in the cute antique sort of way. Shower was too small to do anything but stand straight up in. Location is great for city walking and catching a taxi. But the room was overpriced compared to other places I stayed on this month long trip. AC was good.

Clean room, AC, convenience location, complimentary water boxes and Nespresso coffee capsules. Room service daily. No front desk staff but check in procedure is ok. Elevator is tiny but does the job.

Perfect location for getting around.

The self check-in was great. The main entrance to the suites was a little obscure and hard to find in between the shops, we figured it out though. The room was clean and the air-conditioning worked very well. We thought the beds were very comfortable and we especially liked the complimentary tea and coffee near the wet bar. The bathroom sink had a slow drain, but it was fine for our one night stay. The location was fantastic and we would definitely stay here again!

The place was okay. The elevator is very small, but the rooms were clean and exactly as we expected. If you’re planning to spend most of your time exploring the city and just need a clean place in a great location, this is a good option. Just be aware that you need to complete the online check-in before you arrive. Everything is contactless, and there isn’t a staffed front desk—we never saw anyone during our stay.

The self-check-in was very easy to do, the communication was great, and the location and cleanliness of the hotel were excellent.

You cannot ask for a better location central to all of the major sites! The beds were comfortable and the coffee station was a nice touch. Loved the authentic style of the room. There was no guide for the TV (as far as what channels were available), but we weren’t there to watch TV! Having some light dimming shades would be helpful, but didn’t really affect us. Cleaning staff were friendly and attentive! Will stay there again for future trips.

オペラ座が少しとホテルザッハーが目の前に見えるホテルで、観光に最高のロケーションです。徒歩圏内にたくさんの観光名所があります。歴史ある建物内の豪華な内装にときめきます。ホテルザッハーのカフェはいつも並ぶので、朝イチで並ばず入店できるのがとてもいいです。タクシーもすぐにつかまります。入り口は秘密基地みたいです。エレベーターは人間1人とスーツケース１つ乗れる小さいタイプです。暗証番号を使った電子キーなので、使い方に戸惑うかも。シャワーの温度調節ハンドルが非常に硬く、翌朝にハウスキーパーの方に助けていただきました。とても優しい感じの良い方でした。設備で気になったのは、その点だけです。中心部なので夜まで賑やかです。徒歩圏内に夜10時11時まで空いているレストランがあるのも便利でした。
