No fue posible hacer el Check In ya que no habia internet y las tarjetas de las habitaciones no funcionaban. Un verdadero desastre y muy mala experiencia.

Cumple con ofrecer una habitación comoda, con servicios de una suite sin embargo en las noches hay demasiado ruido, tienen encendido un equipo que vibra toda la noche y no es muy agradable para el descanso

Los tres días que estuvimos ahí lo único que no me gustó es que llegábamos a las 3 o 4 de la tarde y aún no hacían la limpieza de la habitación. Las pantallas de TV no tienen coneccion a internet ya son obsoletas y el desayuno es regular. La atención del personal es excelente.

Antes de reservar, llamé a la recepción del hotel para confirmar si el hotel tenía alberca con agua climatizada. Me contestó Miguel en recepción, y me comentó que efectivamente el Hotel tenía alberca con agua climatizada. Para mí era importante hacer ejercicio y nadar en Agua caliente en la alberca. Cuando llegamos, vimos que había sido engañado; lo cual me molestó bastante. Ya que Tenía visto otros hoteles que sí cuentan con alberca climatizada. No es nada grato que nos mientan, y al llegar nos damos cuenta de otra realidad. Adicionalmente el desayuno es muy malo. Ofrecen un desayuno gratuito, y realmente nos esmeran en tener un buen buffet.

Muy buena, en plan familiar, la suite tenía lo básico muy comodo y limpio

We didnt stay, pool was out of order, water in room was yellow and murky in bath/shower, dust and hairs all over curtains and windows. Checked out within an hour of arriving. My son has autism and allergys was not safe to stay. Booked another hotel and moved and receptionist could not offer any alternative.

Only stayed 1 hour 30 mins, checked out before at 11.50am on the 20th feb 2025. Room was not acceptable hairs and dust all over curtains, windows. Bath rusty and yellow dirty water, swimming pool out of order. After a 20 hour journey from the UK with a very sensory non verbal Autistic child with Allergies, Asthma it was not safe for us to stay there. The reception apologised they could not fix the pool etc. No one has been in touch, had to pay for another hotel in full.

We had a king suite which was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was used regularly. We enjoyed the complementary breakfast and the complementary happy hour. We also used the complementary laundry facilities.We found it very central to all the tourist areas that we wanted to visit.Also it is beside a great shopping mall with restaurants, groceries and many other types of stores. it is located next to the intersection of a few busy roads so there is daytime traffic noise, but it decreases during the evening.

It was organized well , had good breakfast, very helpful staff, it was and older building and so the heater didn’t work
