호텔룸이 깔끔하고 넓으며 따뜻합니다. 유럽 여러호텔 다녀봤지만 겨울에 전기매트(늘 챙겨들고다닙니다)없이 자보기는 처음이에요. 외출하고 들어오면 우렁각시처럼 조용히 룸을 정리하고 작은 선물을 놓아주고 가십니다. 조식도 너무 맛있고 훌륭했습니다. 직원들도 너무 친절하게 도시의 안내를 도와주었으며 늘 웃는 얼굴로 인사해주십니다. 너무 즐거운 숙박이었습니다.발렛파킹도 좋았어요. 체크인을 위해 호텔앞까지 가셔서 (주차공간있음) 발렛파킹 맡기시면 됩니다.

숙박자체는괜찮고직원들도친절하나사진에나오는스파같은건없습니다. 핀란드식건식, 터키식습식 공용 사우나2개가전부이고요,4인용 개인스파같은건 아예 존재하지않아요.사진은 허위광고 미끼입니다. 주의바람. The spa is not exist. It is not real.

The view from our hotel balcony was worth the price of the room. Very convenient to walk up to the Palace/fortress of Taormina, down to the main shopping street and across to the Roman amphitheater. Breakfast outstanding.

Centralt läge med nära gångavstånd till sevärdheter. Från deluxerum, fantastisk utsikt över den medeltida stadskärnan och medelhavet. Små men charmiga balkonger. Köket håller väldigt hög kvalitet både till frukost, där viss del är bordsservering, roomservice 24-7 och deras kvällsrestaurang Zefiro. Oxkinden var bland den godaste vi ätit. Personalen var mån om att vi var nöjda och kollade av flera gånger att allt var bra under vår vecka. Personalen är väldigt kundvänlig, fint bemötande och är omsorgsfulla. För oss var Eleonora på Guest service, Monika i restaurangen och Alexandera på städ fantastiska. Deras leende och omsorg bär vi med oss!

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast, beautiful property. Rooms a bit on the small side and it aint cheap.

This is an amazing location with a view over Taormina and the ocean. The manager Alberto took care of everything we needed and asked for! Angelo, who is everything, everywhere, all at once, also assisted with suggestions, recommendations and just great conversation about family and life. Even the doorman was a familiar face, as we were coming and going from the hotel at all hours. The breakfast here is wonderful with plenty of options from classic Italian to ala carte eggs, pancakes etc. Our room was spacious, comfortable, clean and had 2 balconies to overlook the town and view of the Greek Roman Theatre. There’s an outdoor pool above the lobby and spa services available. I can’t wait to stay here again. It will feel like visiting old friends…

From the moment we stepped foot in the NH Collection Taormina we were treated amazingly. We were given a briefing and showed a map (with lots of great recommendation's) from the concierge staff, which really helped us get a great grasp on what to see and do in the area; with only a few days there this was really helpful. The hotel itself is stunning & the room we stayed in was gorgeous with amazing views and all the luxury you could imagine. We will 100% be back and give rave reviews to anyone who wants to listen! :) Thanks for making our stay unforgettable.

Beautiful hotel in excellent location. Stunning views from roof top of the hotel! Front desk staff was outstanding. Breakfast delicious and big variety. Very clean. All around highly recommend!!

While fine, this hotel is not a 5 star hotel by any stretch, The gym was underwhelming, the pool looked tired as did the lobby areas. Rooms were nice by very small. It just didn’t have a high level of amenity. It was just ok, but it is priced like a much nicer hotel.

Amazing breakfast, kind and helpful staff, beautiful rooftop views and pool and bar were a plus!

My family and I had an excellent stay! We stayed in the Presidential Suites and were very impressed. The room was gorgeous and the view from the balcony was fantastic. The staff was extremely accommodating and kind. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Excelente localização, permitindo o acesso a pé ao centrinho. Atendimento e café da manhã ótimos. Ficamos num grande apartamento, com terraço e uma jacuzzi.

Hotel is well appointed with fabulous views, excellent location and very friendly and helpfull staff. it was very tranquil during my stay.

The staff were friendly Sarah Touati, public relations did her job showing us the restaurant, bar, pool etc. She made us feel at home. And always approached us when we walk in the hotel.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great hotel with excellent staff, service, and location just steps from Taormina’s main street. Only drawback: the tub/shower is very high and tricky to use, with no handrails for support.
