직원들이 그리 친절하다고 생각하진 않았지만, 호텔시설등은 가격대비 만족합니다. 아침식사 뷔페도 좋았습니다.

적절한 가격에 편안한 휴식을 보낼 수 있는 곳이며, 주변 관광을 위한 최적의 위치에 있습니다. 아레날화산을 보면서 수영과 일광욕을 할 수 있는 호텔의 수영장은 작은 규모지만 깨끗하고 편안합니다. 직원들의 밝고 친절한 서비스속에서 즐거운 시간을 보낼 수 있는곳입니다. 침대시트에 올려진 매일 다른 형상의 예쁜 수건 인형을 감상하는 것은 보너스!

A wonderful hotel. Basic and clean room. Lots of hot water in shower. Fabulous breakfast buffet by the pool, watching the birds. Friendly helpful staff. Beautiful setting with many types of flowers and birds. Different places to sit and relax. Great location, close to the centre of town, which is great for travellers without cars Excellent value for the money!

Hotel bien localizado, con restaurantes y tiendas de conveniencia cercanas. Desayuno de buena calidad, aunque con pocas opciones. Personal amable y profesional. Las camas no son muy cómodas, necesitan renovarse. Hotel sencillo, con buen balance calidad/precio.

I didn’t be able to visit the area and tried to cancel. Expedia said to negotiate but property didn’t response. I have nothing to talk about the hotel anyway

Room was clean, had a safe, pool was a good size, breakfast included was good and the free entrance to the hot springs at their sister hotel Volcano Lodge was a nice plus. Front desk and breakfast staff were quite lovely, we enjoyed our stay. I'm a light sleeper so I was awaken when someone was checking out around 6am but my room was next to the entrance so theres that! We would stay again :) close proximity to everything was great.

Ótimo hotel, com ótima estrutura e uma linda vista do vulcão Arenal da piscina. O quarto que eu fiquei não era muito confortável, mas a estrutura do hotel compensa muito. Hospedando nesse hotel você ainda tem a possibilidade de utilizar as termas do Volcano Lodge durante a estadia sem custos adicionais. O café da manhã é muito saboroso, com boa variedade e com alguns itens locais. A localização é ótima, bem perto da área central da cidade. Os funcionários são muito gentis e atenciosos. Adorei minha estadia nesse hotel.

If you only stay in upscale 5 star - this isn't your accommodation type. The rooms have old carpeted floors so wear your shoes. Other than that- beds were comfortable and everything was clean, there is coffee and tea available 24/7 and a small bottle if wine to welcome you. Breakfast is included and it was delicious. You can use their sister property with hot spring pools free of charge and they will even lend you a towel! The place has an area to shower and change for guests from San Bosco.

Clean, beautiful, accommodating

Staff was excellent. The rooms are VERY loud from the noise in the area...and it goes all night long. I would suggest more than just a thin sheet for the beds as well.
