좋은 호텔이에요. 다시 방문하고 싶어요.

우리는 erus에서 끔찍한 경험을 했습니다. 먼저 욕실의 악취가 났고, 그다음에는 더러운 베개 커버와 수건으로 2,200달러를 청구했는데, 원래 더러웠거든요. 체크인할 때 신고하지 않은 게 실수였습니다. 사기 같아요. 체크인할 때 더럽고 얼룩진 커버를 신고하면 요금을 청구하지 않을 겁니다. 리뷰를 읽을 수 없었는데, 트렌드인 듯합니다.

Has intermittent wifi connection.

Hotel has a good location however the room & bed linens looks dirty and was not changed. The pillows itself smells bad. The back of the room is where their garbage is stored so when you entered the room the foul smell fills in.

We don't have room cleaning service for the 5 nights we stay, bed mattress are hard and have some stain on mattress cover, they charge too much on bottle of water and soda drinks, front desk are very helpful, breakfast not that bad but not that great, during the night there is a karaoke it could be nice if they don't put the speaker outside the restaurant door it so loud until midnight.

The hotel staff is very accommodating. We enjoyed our stay.

Big room but breakfast always Bangus and egg and different veggies everyday.

This hotel is new and clean but their breakfast everyday is very poor. We stayed for 4 days and we eat the same breakfast egg, rice and milk fish for 4 days.

이 숙소는 커플에게 완벽해요. 방이 정말 깔끔하고 깨끗해요. 요청하지 않았는데도 방 청소와 수건 교체까지 해줬고, 추가 요금도 받지 않았어요. 직원들도 정말 친절해요. 그리고 제가 가장 좋아하는 건 무료 조식 뷔페예요. 완벽하고 너무 맛있어요 💓 꼭 다시 갈 거예요.

I had a pleasant stay, the room was very clean, the breakfast was what I was expecting and the pool is cozy. What I actually needed for my Boracay Getaway!

Our stay was superb and the room was awesome with friendly and hospitable staff. However the only downfall was the breakfast buffet with only 3-4 dishes available

We booked the standard room at the affordable rate, the rate in the hotel is different from the one offering by web. The hotel is located along the main road and accessible to Station 3 shoreline... approx 5-10 mins walk. Value for money. The staff were very nice and accommodating... they even gave us our packed breakfast since we checked out around 5 am.

I was informed that breakfast will start at 7:30. I went down at exactly 7:30am. Breakfast was almost finished and it's cold as ice. And I think food was prepared for Chinese guests. Lol... Poor wifi connection! Room is okay! Never gonna book this hotel again.

I had the best experience staying in erus the staffs are so accommodating and food are so delicious. 5 star for this!

The Bed and pillow is Very comfortable, complete toiletries, air-conditioned is working well, The staff is very approachable, One thing are unsatisfying is the Breakfast, The called it buffet but very limited choices, and there is no service water serve while having breakfast. I hope they will work on it.

the room was nice and the staffs are accommodating. the only thing that I don’t like is there breakfast buffet because it doesn’t taste good. like the fish it’s too salty and the only food that I like is the egg. so for 3 nights that I stayed there it’s like an “egg party” haha but overall it’s still awesome except for the breakfast.

We had a great stay in Erus, staffs are accommodating,the hotel is clean, room is nice, and their rates are affordable.

The staff was friendly, however, the way it was advertised online was completely different when we got there. The place is quite far to the beach and the location is not good. Online it says that they provide airport transfers but when I asked they didn’t have any, and I was told I have to sort it out myself. The restaurant was terrible, the food they serve is very limited and not a lot of options to choose from and they call it “buffet”. The service of the staff at the restaurant is poor, they just sit around and gossip, they don’t look after the customers! The only good thing about this hotel is the room, the room at least saved us from this terrible hotel, the room is clean and the bed is comfy. Anywhere else is terrible, the pool isn’t even clean. I don’t recommend this hotel! Pick somewhere else

pros: - friendly staff and guard assigned - room was clean, with mini ref - location: near market, Budget Mart convenience store, walking distance to the beach around 5-10mins, 5mins to Jollibee, easy motor/traysikel ride to DMALL and everywhere else cons: - breakfast is NOT good, (although we are still thankful since it is free), served same Asian variety daily, hope their breakfast menu can be changed. Overall, we are happy with our Boracay trip. Thanks, Erus hotel!
