Great location

Lovely riad in the centre of the old city. Easy to find and a little bit out of the busiest bits of the medina, so makes a calmer place to return to after a day in Marrakech

Amazing staff and a really warm welcome. We had the family suite and stayed for one night, but the experience was perfect. Staff are so helpful and friendly. Will stay here again next time we are in Marrakech.

excellent staff good location nice riad

We had an excellent time, the property was an oasis and the service was fantastic. We had dinner there both nights and it was delicious. Mohamed took great care of us.

Staying at the mini princesse was amazing, with our private road including private rooftop terrace and the facilities of the hotel across the street.

We stayed there for 3 nights and enjoyed it immensely. Our room had a beautiful terrace with sofa. We spent hours soaking sun and watching beautiful Atlas Mountains.

Lovely staff but was kept awake on last night by noisy furniture removals at 1am, no idea what was going on. Also gas heat used to keep communal areas warm gave off terrible fumes Little ventilation which I think was a health hazard though they did turn it off when asked at midnight!

My sisters and I had a wonderful stay at Riad Karmela. The staff were all incredibly helpful and friendly, we all agreed it was the best service we have ever received. I would highly recommend staying here, and would do so again next time I am in Marrakech.

My wife and I booked a superior room in Riad Karmela through hotels.com. There are a number of riads, all next to each other, under the same ownership and where guests can move freely between them all. We received an upgrade to stay in room Bahia in Riad Petit Karmela. It was very serene and calm on the ground floor overlooking a beautiful sitting area which was heated during the evening. It transpires that, if you book directly with the riad, you receive a room upgrade and a one way free transfer from the airport. We reserved and benefited from the transfer and were met at the airport. The riad was ideal. Lovely room and facilities (including room safe) good hot shower, comfortable bed and plenty of space. One litre of free bottled water daily. Breakfasts were more than ample and served as continental style and we had 2 evening meals (pre-reseved). Cocktails were superb and both beer and wine were available at table. Joel (owner) has a superb team of staff and we were looked after well by Muhammed, Amine, Said & Fatima and others whose names are in my dimming recollection. Highly recommended and would be our choice of accommodation again. Thankyou.

Our stay at Riad Karmela was an amazing experience. Perfect location and super friendly and helpful staff. We stayed at the Mini princess (house superior) and had a full house for our self included a beautiful roof terrasse where the staff very service minded brought us coffee each morning so we could enjoy the sunrise. Highly recommended if you are a group

Ótima localização, não tem estacionamento. O café da manhã é saboroso e o atendimento amistoso, Poderia melhorar o preço dos passeios, transfer e alimentação que são muito acima da média.

old bathroom, need a lot of maintenance breakfast was nothing special, everything wal cold, the food was very good and the guys who served us were very friendly, except the guy who works at night in the reception, complicated for the transportation you pay for a taxi and you have to walk more than 10 mins doen's matter if you pay the taxi at the riad or not
