가격대비 호텔 상태,위치 매우 만족했습니다. 주차 공간 찾기가 매우 힘들었는데 호텔직원이 파킹직원을 불러서 차를 픽업해서 가져갔다가 다시 가져다주는 서비스가 너무 편리했고 직원 서비스 역시 매우 만족 스러웠습니다

무난했다고 생각합니다. 다만 숙박객실이 너무 작았다는 느낌이고, 인터넷 끊김현상이 많았습니다. 위치는 괜찮았으나, 골목 안에 있어 찾기가 쉽지 않았습니다. 아침식사의 quality가 생각보다 많이 떨어진다는 느낌입니다.

Rooms were well appointed and the area was near some of the attractions, beach and ferry.

Great location for staying in Sorrento, walkable to the beach clubs, marinas, shopping and restaurants.

Very clean room, with a beautiful balcony overlooking the lively downtown. Extraordinary location in the heart of the historical center of Sorrento, with tons of restaurants and shops in the cute streets around. The area and neighborhood felt both lively but also safe and pleasant. Friendly staff. Minutes away from the elevator going down to the beaches and the ferry terminal. Very convenient location. Great value for money. Only downside, the wifi in the room was quite slow, which was annoying in order to do online researches to plan the end of our trip, make reservations, etc. The rest was great.

Beautiful and good service.

It was safe, clean, comfortable for my family and me. You’ll be right in the center of mostly everything. Only thing that might bother some people is that you may hear people outside in your room if you're an early sleeper, but it wasn't an issue for us.

Everything was good stuff was very friendly and helpful. Place was clean and the garden was great. Only thing is the room we had 132 was right beside the maid room and they were very noisy in the morning

This hotel is such a charming hotel that is right in the center of everything . Perfect for my daughter and I to walk to everything from the port , to restaurants and shops. We stayed 6 nights for my daughter’s graduation trip and would 100% stay again. It is the perfect location to be used as a base for day trips to Amalfi coast, capri, and Ischia. The staff was simply phenomenal from the front desk staff to the breakfast crew. Raffaele and Alessandro made our mornings , both so nice and extremely helpful. We can’t thank them enough. The breakfast choices were plentiful but had a lot of pastries which that is not exactly what we were used to . There was fruit and some bacon and eggs and other items we did enjoy but my favorite was a cappuccino machine . I was able to get my coffee fix .

Toppenställe med lite varierande service då de inte alltid förstod allt. Frukosten var suverän. Rummen lyhörda.

Room a bit small but location is very good

This hotel is excellent I would highly recommend it the staff are so friendly and can’t do enough for you the location is the best in the heart of Sorrento

La ubicación es excelente, está sobre una calle tranquila a una cuadra de la zona comercial donde hay muchos restaurantes. La Marina donde salen las lanchas turísticas está a dos cuadras. El cuarto es pequeño pero tiene un balcón y el baño de buen tamaño. La piscina es muy pequeña sin embargo tiene una terraza para descansar y asolearse.

Perfect location

L’insonorisation dans les chambres est horrible, on entend les voisins. On a eu un bel accueil, le buffet déjeuner est correcte. La piscine est petite mais apprécié pour les chaudes journée! La douche très ordinaire, pression ok mais les jets sont tous croches.

Amazing location!!

Vår första natt lämnade övrigt att önska på hotellrummet, men personalen löste det fint morgonen efter och resten av vistelsen var toppen.
