The hotel is top notch. Upon arrival we were greeted with a welcome drink and an upgraded room. The staff was very accommodating and knowledgeable. The outdoor lounging areas were delightful - pool & spa area very clean and up to date. My daughter in law enjoyed a massage while there. She said it was fabulous! If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely stay there!

Everything was lovely, except for our 5 hour boat ride we arranged with the hotel. The boat was having engine issues and was very slow. Because of this we visited no villages and stopped only at a village for lunch. Very disappointed.

This hotel was amazing. The rooms, the service, the view, worth every penny. The customer service is unmatched, whether it’s needing transportation, dinner recommendations, laundry service, they exceeded my expectations!

Bellissima struttura neoclassica, affacciata su di un bellissimo parco con piante secolari direttamente sulla riva del lago. Tutto molto bello. La vera accoglienza italiana.

My husband and I had an amazing stay here. The food was great, the staff was friendly, they offered us lots of snacks and plenty of water in our rooms, daily housekeeping, just all in all a great experience. We got married at Isola del Garda, just a 30 minute boat ride from the dock behind the hotel which was convenient. The asthetic of the property was very elegant, old money luxury. We loved the heated outdoor pool for when the sun was out, and we enjoyed the indoor spa and heated pool for when it rained. The only complaints I have is that the area isn't very walkable, and the taxis are insanely high priced. We had the hotel call us a taxi to go about 16 minutes up the street and back & paid 75€. Insane. Public transportation is the only thing that makes sense in Italy unless you're on a splurge.

We liked everything since we step in. We loved the room and all the amenities.

Simply exquisite property with exceptionally superb service. We will be returning.

Muito bom mas um hotel desse nível precisa ter mais opções de alimentação e por toda noite se precisar solicitar no quarto em uma urgência, no jantar as opções eram , lasanha vegetariana e outra opção tbm vegetariana

Maravilhoso , porem jantar ate as 21:30 , depois nao tem serviço de quarto

Unique expérience

Great location, excellent view and dining options. I still think the hotel is significantly overpriced when compared to similar quality hotels in the Lake Garda area.

The Grand Hotel Fasano is a nice hotel, with great views over the Lake and attentive staff. This was overshadowed by events. On day 5, the hotel was overwhelmed by American wedding parties – maybe 80 people. The peace of the hotel was shattered as the parties asserted their presence and demands. Other guests came 2nd as bars were overrun, the terrace hosted noisy late-night parties and the kitchen was challenged. I noted at the time that my scallops tasted odd and my trout was only just warm when served. By 11 pm I was very sick with diarrhea and vomiting all night. I suspected food poisoning. The noise from the wedding parties on the terrace below added to the misery. My wife spoke to Hotel Guest Relations -HGR. They had no sympathy, noting that it was likely a bug (but other guests spoke about being ill); the hotel had served scallops for years and they had been ‘caught out’ by the wedding parties who booked individually; their behavior could not be controlled. I remained ill. We spoke again with HGR as my condition was not being taken seriously. A doctor visiting other guests that morning, also saw me. The hotel agreed, without admission, to pay for the doctor. On leaving, HGR suggested that I ‘brought the bug to the hotel with me’, noting that the diagnosis on my prescription (confidentiality?) was ‘acute gastroenteritis’. I explained the doc could not be sure of my sickness without a blood test but the results would not be ready before we left. Unlikely to return.

Can’t imagine a finer lakeside property. My family and I had the best 3 nights and had a very hard time saying goodbye. We will definitely be back!
