Everything was perfect - didn't want to leave!

The best place for the best Lake Como stay! We cannot wait to come back.

Excellent facilities but the quality of the food and food service at breakfast and Mistral was not what it should be.

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful place.

The hotel is beautiful, clean and the staff is very helpful and friendly. The food was good. The hotel is right next to the ferry station so getting transfers to the other villages is very convenient. There are plenty of shops and restaurants in the area. The ferries also transport vehicles which is also convenient. The only negative I must point out is that we stayed in April and the weather is cool but not cold. So the room didn’t have AC or the hotel wouldn’t turn it on, so at night it felt less than cool. We couldn’t leave the windows open bc there were lots of bugs. Not the ideal situation for a pricey hotel. But overall a good experience.

Convenient location, gorgeous grounds and views, spacious rooms with stately decor if a bit dated. Gracious hospitality.

This is a historic and very beautiful property in Bellagio. While most of it remains outstanding, some areas require a tiny bit of maintenance. The weather was not very good when I visited and, unfortunately, the gym is outside of the main property. Small detail, but the overall experience was great. We especially enjoyed the traditional bar and the very attentive and nice staff, very nice indeed.

This hotel is one of the most beautiful properties I have stayed on. The only thing as good as the views and location, is the staff’s service. They did an incredible job making us feel welcomed and special.

Staff, location, restaurants, pools, room, amenities- could not be better. We wish we could have stayed longer, already planning to return.
