One of the best hotels Ive ever been!

굉장히 친절한 직원들과 스테프. 시설 또한 매우 좋았음.

The outdoor pools were great, our Junior suite views were fantastic. How is this not a 5 start review then ? Firstly the 3 outdoor pools didn't open until 11.30am (I really don't understand that one), the main restaurant didn't open until 8.30pm (great for continental gastro but not for UK and UK stomachs) so we always ate out, the breakfast reservation had to be an exact time (pre booked at least one day in advance) and constant requests to refresh tea in our room or get tea bags for breakfast were ignored. This review is a tragedy - because all of the above can be fixed. If you check my other reviews I love giving 5 stars - but this was so frustrating when it can so easily be fixed.

Amazing hotel right on the coast in Cádiz. Every room has a great view. Beautiful pool. Great location to walk the old town. Great breakfast buffet. Will return.

Nous avons apprécié d’être surclassés dans une suite junior avec de beaux espaces et une belle vue. Accueil très professionnel et sympathique. Le petit déjeuner était satisfaisant. Petit point négatif :dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de bouteille d’eau gratuite ainsi qu’une bouilloire dans la chambre.

Nice pools and sunset view

This Hotel has a great position on the seafront with wide expansive views either side. All rooms are well equipped and have a lovely sea view. Comfy beds and powerful showers. 3 super pools but the most uncomfortable low sun beds that I have come across in my travels.

Cadiz is a dreadful place. A very depressed economy. No action in the turrets. Buildings old and decrepit. No bars, restaurants or shops just empty street and the feeling of depression. We liked the hotel but it’s massive and so weird it felt like we were in a bad movie like it’s the end of the rotor and zombies surround it. The bed is in the middle of the room which wastes major space and the soft cream stone floor is so badly stained it’s almost dark grey from wear n tear. Money was spent on fittings it s a gorgeous property but it better not to go to Cadiz at all. It felt like a wasted day and we joyfully left for Marbella. We felt grateful that we don’t live there and prayed for prosperity and also plant trees it’s all concrete to add to the depression. Plus it’s grey and cool because of the cold Atlantic.

Spacious, clean, modern room. Enjoyed our stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Safe garage parking. The only negative was the bar/cafeteria. The service there was poor, despite there being hardly any customers. It is easy to understand why this cafeteria receives such poor reviews. Overall though, the hotel is excellent and we would recommend it highly.

Stunning new building with great views. Staff were very friendly and helpful with restaurant recommendations. The room was clean with super comfy beds and pillows and an amazing bath and shower. Great balcony with stunning views. Breakfast was plentiful. Staggered sittings so it didn’t feel overcrowded. Underground parking at a price!

One of the nicest hotels we have visited The views amazing and the position is perfect for visiting the old town of Cadiz Only thing that let it down for us was the restaurant food like school dinners and service lacking Breakfast was ok staff very good Yes we would go again Parking excellent underground

Superbe emplacement avec chambre avec vue sur les piscines et la mer. La chambre est spacieuse, lumineuse et confortable. Le petit déjeuner était très bon.

The room was absolutely gorgeous with a great view and wonderful amenities. The full glass doors were gorgeous and we had ample space. Easy location and parking.

Bei einem Parador sollte man doch einen gewissen Standard und eine Servicebereitschaft erwarten. Statt dessen wird einem das Gefühl gegeben, dass man dankbar sein sollte, gebucht haben zu dürfen. Uns wurde von der Rezeption das Wechsel von Geldscheine verweigert, obwohl wir dringend Kleingeld für den Bus benötigten. Der Pool öffnet erst ab 11.30 und schließt ab 20h, ohne jegliche Ausnahme. Das Frühstück war schlicht. Es gelten immer noch Regeln aus Corona Zeiten. Außerdem muss eine zeitgenaue Reservierung am Vortag erfolgen. Insgesamt fehlt die Bereitschaft dem Gast willkommen zu heißen. Zudem ist der Bau in die Jahre gekommen und schon abgenutzt, obwohl das nicht so wesentlich wäre, aber es ergänzt den negativen Gesamteindruck.

Lovely hotel great access for the old town Cádiz. Very helpful staff, wonderful breakfasts particularly the fresh made omelette station. Great sea views from our room and the public rooms for sunrise and fabulous sunsets. Lovely pool and roof top bar. We had a fabulous stay and will definitely return. Thank you ☺️

Saubere, schöne, große Zimmer. Sehr sauber, sehr freundliches Personal

5 star experience. Staff were friendly and helpful. There was some issue with the shower but it got fixed quickly. The view is amazing. Love the experience. Spa services were great but could offer more. Breakfast with a view (if you can get a seat). Only qualm is one of the waiters — I took a table with a view and he was questioning me.

Eine ganz andere Art von Parador, sehr modern. Das Zimmer war schön und wir hatten vom Bett aus Sicht auf das Meer. Hat eine Tiefgarage und auf dem Dach eine Poolanlage. Das Frühstück ist genau so gut wie in den anderen Paradores.
