하옌 파라도르는 파라도르 중에서도 진정한 최고의 파라도르입니다. 특히, 수도원을 개조하여서 만들었다고 하던데, 성 카트리나와 관련되어 있는 유서 깊은 숙소입니다. 특히, 조식 먹는 식당도 굉장히 고풍스럽고 좋았습니다.

최고였습니다. 다른 여느 파라도르보다 고풍스럽고 멋스러움이 최고 였고, 조식의 서빙과 분위기가 너무 좋았습니다. 자연적인 풍광과 산책로도 꼭 경험해야하는 곳입니다. 그라나다에서 차로 1시간 거리. 톨레도 까지는 2시간, 톨레도에 비하면 서비스, 분위기로는 5배이상 좋습니다.

이날 갑자기 무료 업그레이드 되서 로얄룸에서 보낼 수 있었는데 전체적인 분위기가 정말 고성에 와있는것 같아서 좋았습니다. 론다나 네르하 파라도르는 신식건물같아서 그런 느낌이 없는데요 여기는 정말 산 정상에 위치해서 하엔시가 다 내려다 보이고 분위기가 정말 좋습니다. 방 청결상태도 좋았구요 그리고 파라도르 내 레스토랑도 정말 고급스럽고 좋습니다.

Fantastic views from this parador … needs a bit of TLC in the outside by pool area. Resturant needs to be improved.. dishes not complete from menu. Many produce didn’t arrive on dish. IE rosemary potatoes replaced by couscous!!!! When asked where potatoes were. Just got a shrug and said that they would cook some, half way through course. They did apologise. Will still stay there again Shame about the restaurant, could be so wonderful.

Amazing hotel with even more amazing views.

A very cool experience to say the least! The rooms were amazing, views from the rooms were incredible, and the old palace and accompanying parador were very cool to explore and very beautiful. The restaurant in the Parador was good, however for the price I felt like it was a little bit underwhelming, though no regrets! If you want a really unique experience I'd definitely recommend staying here!

Der Parador de Jaén ist unbedingt zu enpfehlen. Hier stimmt alles. Das Haus ist ein altes Schloss und wunderschön und es hat sogar einen Pool. Das gesamte Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam und auch das Essen war sehr gut.

Service in restaurant seems to be to few to do the Service. We where a couple, there where groups and seems like groups fill to much . And we where put in background. The pool where there where not much to do and looking for sunbeds where a challenge since the most of them had birdpoo on them , did not seem they had control of cleaning at pool area. Over all a beutifull place / But Service and complete impression makes it not worth the money .

Localisation merveilleuse mais hôtel vieillissant. Restaurant très bon, mais le service n’est pas digne d’un restaurant de ce niveau.

Camera pulita, dimensioni ampie, mancava un bollitore o altro sistema per avere una bevanda calda. Letto comodo, bagno ampio e pulito, doccia ok, bello il terrazzo.

Enchanting hotel that was evident from the time we drove up to the property and until we departed. Staying in a parador is always a treat and this one added an extra special experience looking out from our balcony and walking on the path through by a centuries old castle. Add to this the wonderful staff who met all of our needs to make this an unforgettable stay. We are looking forward to a return stay in the near future!

The breakfast buffet was just ok. Some of the fruit was rotten, specifically the watermelon was almost soup. I can not understand the reasoning why any staff member would put this out for consumption. It makes you wonder what the standards are in the kitchen. That said, the rest of the breakfast was good. Service was slow but courteous. There was only one server for most of the service and he was doing his best. The dinner experience was better. Food was great and the venue is stunning. I asked the front desk staff about the hiking/walking trails that clearly dotted the immediate area. They had no maps, or information which I thought was odd as this should be considered a sought after activity. I simply wondered off on my own using Google maps and found amazing trails and vistas. We were there in April and the pool was understandably closed but so was the surrounding area wich was too bad as from our room it looked like it would have been a lovely spot to sit in the afternoon sun. I know that this review sounds negative however these are simple things that could be addressed to improve the overall guest experience. All in all I would still highly recommend this venue as a must experience. Rooms and venue were very clean, parking was tight but acceptable. I would go back and recommend it for others.

Fué una experiencia maravillosa el habernos hospedado en este Castillo. La comida fué excelente y el servicio y atenciones del personal también. La propiedad está en excelentes condiciones. Definitivamente volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí.
