가격대비 매우 만족스런 숙박이고 시설도 훌륭함.

허니문으로 들렀어요. 구시가지에서 너무 멀어서.. 더운날씨에 걸어다니기 힘들었어요. 게다가 체크아웃날 구시가지에서 바로 택시탈수 있냐고 프론트에 물어봤더니 거기 택시랑 버스 둘다없대서.. 굳이 프론트에 짐맡겼다가.. 한참을 땀을 뻘뻘흘리고 걸어왔던 기억이 있네요. 구시가에 택시 많습니다. 구시가에서 타세요 ㅠㅠ 허니문으로 와인 선물 주겠다고 메일 왔었는데 체크인할때 체크도 안하는지 전혀 아무것도 없었고요. 국영호텔이라는데 화장실 세면대 밑에 이물질도 떨어져있었어요. 프론트도 친절한지 모르겠고요... 그냥 뷰만 좋네요.. 그거야 뭐.. 제가 돈내고 예약한 방이니까 당연한거고요.

주요 관광지가 도보거리이고 친절한 직원과 방이 깨끗한 호텔 입니다.

My favorite part of the hotel was the staff. Excellent customer service, with a special thank you to the bar and dining staff. The night time views from the hotel of Salamanca while having a cocktail are wonderful.

+) Location 20 mins walk to Center. Onsite large carpark. Spacious and clean room. +++) Super service from Mr. CAarlos at reception helping my wife with her lost wallet and hotel changes at Porto to make time to go Alcorcon (due to a Sunday close) to pickup the lost wallet.

Beautiful room, so much space and that was after entering the hotel, so clean and so well designed and decorated. Didn’t want to leave.

It is easy walking distance to town, but the grounds are huge and make it feel like a resort. I would recommend it to anyone.

Great stay in superior roon with spectacular view of Salamanca. Spacious room, very good breakfast. It is a 20 min walk to old town. The pool was unfortunately shut for the season.

The breakfast was healthy with loads of choices. Also lots of gluten free options. The hotel has impressive views of the cathedral and there is a quick shortcut through the back of the hotel, to a path that leads to the bridge and city. 15 minutes maximum at a slow pace. Staff very friendly and accommodating. I couldn’t find a fault. Parking at the hotel was easy directly outside the hotel. We loved the hotel. Thank you for a lovely wonderful 2 night stay.

Slightly out of town, but walkable, via a path if and then walkways. Good sized room. Reception staff were helpful. Lovely terrace with bar & cafe overlooking the Cathedral’s. Plenty of free parking.

A lovely place to stay with excellent facilities, overlooking the beautiful city of Salamanca, just a short walk down then over the Roman Bridge. Plenty safe parking and the restaurant menu looked good, though we don’t eat there. My only criticism would be the couple of surly, inattentive staff in the bar in the early evening.
