Coffee cold, air conditioning not working

Freundlichkeit mässig. Hotel ist neu renoviert, aber Einrichtung IKEA-Style. Matratze extrem hart (very basic). Zahnglas nicht gereinigt, Zahnpaste am Heizkörper. Frühstück ausgezeichnet für 10€ pro Person. Lage ist beim Spital, deshalb sind rund um die Uhr die Sirenen der Krankenwagen zu hören. Die Lage ist etwas weit vom Zentrum weg (15 Gehminuten). Lobenswert sind die Umweltbemühungen und die Stühle, die ungepolstert und gut abwischbar sind.

Hôtel horrible situé sur une route très passante, très bruyante (voitures, camions, etc) et à proximité d’une station essence émettant des odeurs et de l’hôpital avec les sirènes émettant toute la journée et la nuit même si certain pourraient y penser y séjourner pour raison médicale surtout éviter cet hôtel. Accueil déplorable, pas de mot de bienvenue. L’entrée de l’hôtel est très petites vieillotte, salle. Il faut descendre au -1 pour aller aux toilette. Le personnel est froid, imprécis, impoli. Notre chambre étiquetée supérieure à 450 euros la nuit choisie pour des raisons personnelles médicales n’étaient pas celle décrite dans notre photo de réservation. Les raisons du Monsieur très désagréable à l’entrée nous et qui nous menti éhontément déclarant que la chambre était la chambre supérieure alors qu’elle ne correspondait pas à la photo de notre réservation. La fenêtre donne sur un parking aussi bruyant le camion ramassant les draps s’y garant chaque matin Hôtel à fuir et Hôtel.com aussi pour laisser passer à la fois le prix injustifié et ce type d’hôtel plus proche d’un motel que d’un hôtel. Signé : un médecin très en colère.

Struttura pulita ed in ordine, personale molto disponibile

Seconda visita, sempre per lavoro. Servizio molto buono (quasi eccellente) per la categoria. Struttura con stanze rinnovate, comode, silenziose e ben riscaldate. Personale gentile e disponibile (vorrebbero che si prenotasse direttamente da loro, comprensibilmente). Colazione di buona qualità, ottimi i dolci. Il benefit maggiore è sicuramente la sauna (vasca idromassaggio e ottimo bagno turco e doccie "emozionali"). E il parcheggio ampio. Gli aspetti che potrebbero migliorare: rendere la sauna "mediterraneo"(max 50 deg) finlandese (80-90 deg). Cibo caldo per colazione uova strapazzate (migliorabili) e wuerstel (bacon sarebbe da aggiungere).

Heel vriendelijk personeel. Reageren onmiddellijk op extra vragen. Ruim en lekker ontbijt. Heel verzorgd. Zeer propere en comfortabele kamer. Wel ver van stadscentrum maar vlotte busverbindingen. Goede prijs/kwaliteitverhouding. Aanrader.

Helpful staff who were happy to provide maps of the city and other help. Room was very modern with powerful AC and walk-in shower. Beds were comfortable if a bit hard for us. Staff replaced towels daily and made beds neatly. Very quiet despite ground level room next to road + hospital. Bathroom could get quite hot/humid due to no fan but dried quickly. No kettle meant we couldn't make drinks. One reading light didn't turn on. A ~20 minute walk to the city centre was quite long at the height of summer at 36 degrees C. Semi frequent bus service although we had some trouble getting to the correct destination.

Struttura bella puita e confortevole. Personale cordiale. Manca la possibilità di muoversi se non hai la macchina. O a piedi, ma abbiamo più di 60 anni, o in taxi, ma è una spesa non indifferente.

Piacevole

Checks the boxes. This is a basic hotel that is clean, newly renovated (at least the room I was in) and the staff are friendly enough. It is walkable distance to centro (ca. 15 minutes) if you're capable. Otherwise it is a five minute taxi ride. This will be my go to hotel when I am visiting Padua.

Buen hotel .lo que más me ha gustado ha sido el Spa y el gym y el desayuno . Lo que menos el tamaño de la habitación y la comodidad de cama y almohada

Hotel well located, within acceptable walking distance of old town. Rooms clean and modern, with fridge but no tea or coffee making facilities. Clean modern shower and toilet. Internally the hotel was quiet but the noise from the main road outside was too much with the window open, which we needed to do as it was far too warm in the room and the air conditioning did not work. Not able to review the spa facilities or the breakfast as didn’t use the spa or have the breakfast.

We had an excellent stay.
