Room was good , but the elderly man staff who can not speak english and has no willing to help us, unkind and even rude.

도착 전까지만해도 이곳이 옛 귀족의 집을 개조한 것인지 몰랐습니다. 입구에서부터 고풍스러운 건물에 압도되었고, 룸도 사진으로 보았던 것보다 훨씬 멋지고 좋았습니다. 호텔 안에 오래된 인테리어 소품들을 보는 것도 재밌었습니다. 오래된 건물이라 마루 바닥이 삐그덕 댔지만 우리는 이 소리도 특별하게 느껴졌습니다. 그러나 그 외에 모든 룸 컨디션은 아주 훌륭했습니다. 하루만 묵는 것이 아쉬울 따름이었습니다. 호텔 주변은 차가 다니지 않아 무척 조용했고, 올드타운에 위치하여 관광하기에도 무척 좋았습니다. 주변에 맛있는 레스토랑도 많아 정말 떠나기 힘든 곳이었습니다. 조식도 아주 좋았습니다. 특히 스페인식 오믈렛이 맛있었습니다. 폰테베드라라는 도시가 굉장히 매력적이라 다시 한번 가고 싶고, 가게 된다면 이 호텔을 주저없이 선택할 것입니다.

Comfortable, good location

Really good hotel and spacious room. In the heart of Pontevedra town

I was very happy with my stay at this location of a Parador. My room was large and had plenty of room to spread out. The room retained the style of the building. One strange thing was that the chairs for sitting were really short. Breakfast buffet was nice and had lots of choices plus you could order omelets and espresso drinks. I wish the restaurant opened at 7am

It is a very old hotel but very well maintained. Walls are thing and a little noise from upstairs. For an old property it was well maintained. But please clean the ceiling of the elevator. I am a tall guy and i can see a lot of dead bugs…

Beautiful historical property. Staff was courteous, but did not go out of their way to be helpful. Parking not as advertised - had to find public parking several blocks away from the hotel. GPS just provided a nearby location, had to ask for directions to reach the hotel.

Great beautiful quiet place. Bedding matress top quality. In a quiet area that is very accessible to all the other areas of the old town walking about 10 minutes maximum. Queen size beds in some rooms are made from two twin beds that don’t quite come together so there is a space between them.

We stayed there about 6 years ago and found it charming and classic. This stay was just as pleasant. The price was reasonable and the staff was very helpful. The breakfast was great. The parking was a bit inconvenient as we had to park in the municipal lot about 2 blocks away, although it is a safe underground garage. The hotel allows you to drive up to drop off and pickup luggage. Staying in the old city, walking distance from everything made up for any inconvenience. We highly recommend this property!

Beautiful property but bed was not the best in my opinion (it was too hard) and breakfast is not worth $19 euros.

Beautiful hotel - very hard to find. GPS struggled, few signs and no hints or helps on website.

Well maintained and beautiful place

Chambre excessivement froide. Impossible de mettre le chauffage ou d’augmenter la température. Impossible de dormir même à 02 h du matin, des jeunes en-dessous de notre fenêtre a faire du bruit. L’établissement ne peut rien faire. Quel dommage! Fuyez n’acceptez jamais la chambre 109.

Location and quality accomodations

Très bon séjour. Bel hôtel authentique avec un personnel serviable. Excellente situation dans la ville.
