Room was good , but the elderly man staff who can not speak english and has no willing to help us, unkind and even rude.

도착 전까지만해도 이곳이 옛 귀족의 집을 개조한 것인지 몰랐습니다. 입구에서부터 고풍스러운 건물에 압도되었고, 룸도 사진으로 보았던 것보다 훨씬 멋지고 좋았습니다. 호텔 안에 오래된 인테리어 소품들을 보는 것도 재밌었습니다. 오래된 건물이라 마루 바닥이 삐그덕 댔지만 우리는 이 소리도 특별하게 느껴졌습니다. 그러나 그 외에 모든 룸 컨디션은 아주 훌륭했습니다. 하루만 묵는 것이 아쉬울 따름이었습니다. 호텔 주변은 차가 다니지 않아 무척 조용했고, 올드타운에 위치하여 관광하기에도 무척 좋았습니다. 주변에 맛있는 레스토랑도 많아 정말 떠나기 힘든 곳이었습니다. 조식도 아주 좋았습니다. 특히 스페인식 오믈렛이 맛있었습니다. 폰테베드라라는 도시가 굉장히 매력적이라 다시 한번 가고 싶고, 가게 된다면 이 호텔을 주저없이 선택할 것입니다.

In the center of Pontevedra close to everything with zero traffic noise - beautiful old classic hotel.

Beautiful property! Could use some small touches: 1) Kleenex or other tissues in the bathroom 2) Luxury items for the bathroom to match the property 3) Bar Snacks

This is an beautiful old house with gorgeous decoration. Room looks good while because the whole building is really，the sound proof is really bad，I can hear every step from upstairs and every voice from the neighbor，especially in the morning，people walking along the corridor，pulling the luggage back and forth，wake me up several times… Also I ask for the kettle but they refused… Dinner is with 10% upcharge of the service fee，I can fully understand that while the taste is just soso and quantity is just fair.

Great value hotel in the historic centre. Easy access to restaurants, bars and sights of the city.

No coffee maker/kettle in room. No coffee/tea in lobby nor is there room service prior to 8am (no close cafes open either). On-site indoor/outdoor restaurant is loud til late at night. Loud bars near/next to property were still open at 3am with obnoxious party revelers. Hard bed. So, avoid hotel if you want quite at night, to sleep well, or drink coffee/tea prior to 8am. We were in room 104 for reference. Otherwise pretty hotel and pleasant staff.

We love staying in Pontevedra when we come to Rías Baixas. The Parador is always our go to. It’s easy to get in and out.

Beautiful building in a perfect location for a visit to Pontevedra. Pleasant room although the windows and the bed could do with an upgrade.

We Like the comfort and silence of the room we disliked the unfriendliness of the breakfast room Service personell!!! And the notice: what yiou Don t eat you have to pay ! We Never saw this in any Hotel and we are big travallers

I traveled for the World Championships and had a bike. They didn't allow bikes in the room which was understandable so they allowed us to store our bikes in a garage attached to the property which I was fine with. This worked for days until the manager arrived and wanted to park her car in the garage. She was very rude and the pleasant staff all of a sudden were negatively impacted by her poor leadership. Since Pontevedra is hosting the world championships again in 2026 I would strongly discourage against this hotel if you are traveling with a bike.

Nice location. Beautiful older hotel with relaxing terrace. Only down side to the hotel is non parking, but that’s to be expected for a hotel located in Old Town.

Central location and along the Camino route. Big, comfortable rooms and nicely stocked bathroom. Just lacking the coffee/ tea making facilities in room.

Everything about this hotel is spectacular. Its location, decor, and history are just a few of the many things that made a lasting impression on me. The staff were friendly, and very helpful with local recommendations for food and transportation. I would 100% recommend the Parador to anyone
