Lovely hotel very clean and the staff are lovely. Very comfortable beds. Could do with modernising a little.

Great hotel in a great location with beautiful views over the Arenal beach. Walking distance to many nice bars and restaurants. The breakfast was a huge disappointment with only warm eggs and soggy bacon available as the hot option No tea or coffee in the room either

i think sky sports news would be handy or more english channels as there was only bbc one and two. raul was on reception and he was first class

Location was good and gardens were well maintained. Hotel needs updating and in our opinion is not 4 star. Breakfast was very poor, both service and food options and quality.

Vriendelijke ontvangst, kamer met balkon en geweldig uitzicht. Ontbijt goed verzorgd.

Perfect, had a wonderful 3 nights, cant wait to return.

Staff very friendly and accommodating. Sea facing rooms were perfect.

Expedia said that check in was at noon. when we arrived at the hotel we were told we couldn't check in until 4pm

El personal muy amable y muy profesionales. La habitación muy cómoda y silenciosa. Los jardines del hotel ,impresionantes. Los alrededores muy buenos.

Pasamos un finde en Jávea. Alojarnos en el parador de turismo siempre garantiza una estancia agradable. Aunque el tiempo no nos acompañó, disfrutamos del balcón de la habitación (para recibir el amanecer por ej., aquí es donde primero llega a la península). Servicio genial como siempre tb.
