Room had lovely views and was clean, however there was a terrible sewage smell in the bathroom. The air con didnt work. Breakfast was disappointing.

Excellent word is not enough for this property. The views from the balcony, the elaborate breakfast, ever smiling staff, cleanliness, the ambience, landscape, location, everything. We fell in love with Jávea and will definitely come back again and stay here.

Slightly faded hotel in a great location on Arenal Beach in Javea. Quiet. Friendly staff. Views over the beach and bay. Good sized rooms but decor is definitely from the 80s! Beautiful gardens and pool with sea views. Definitely a place to relax.

The room was large with lovely view and very clean. Down side noisy air conditioning and no extractor fan in bathroom. Property is dated.

Great hotel in a great location with beautiful views over the Arenal beach. Walking distance to many nice bars and restaurants. The breakfast was a huge disappointment with only warm eggs and soggy bacon available as the hot option No tea or coffee in the room either

i think sky sports news would be handy or more english channels as there was only bbc one and two. raul was on reception and he was first class

Location was good and gardens were well maintained. Hotel needs updating and in our opinion is not 4 star. Breakfast was very poor, both service and food options and quality.

Vriendelijke ontvangst, kamer met balkon en geweldig uitzicht. Ontbijt goed verzorgd.

Perfect, had a wonderful 3 nights, cant wait to return.
